One of the best burritos I’ve ever had! A little pricey but I’d definitely do it again! Very unique menu options.

I had heard that Sayulitas had the biggest burrito in San Diego, and they weren’t kidding! While the biggest isn’t always the best, this thing was huge—it literally felt like it weighed 5 pounds. I ordered the Lumpia Burrito and the Volcano Tots, and honestly, it was enough food to feed four people and have everyone stuffed. The flavors were great, and the portions were almost overwhelming (in a good way). If you’re looking for a serious meal that will leave you with leftovers, this is the spot. Just be ready for big, bold, and belly-busting bites!

Love the fat burritos! Every time we come here the food is on point. The food is definitely going to need a to go box. The menudo was on point today. If you haven’t tried this mex/pina twist on traditional dishes u gotta try it out. This location has more seats and is a bigger restaurant

Service and friendliness was on the lower end but it was later at night so I’ll give that to them. The tacos were solid and they didn’t skimp on the beef and toppings.

This place was real solid. I ordered the carne asada fries with hot Cheetos on top and a surf & turf burrito. The portion size was a lot, they were using shoe string fries. The burrito was the size of a humans forearm, so I only ate half (plenty for later). The Horchata was sweet and delicious. If you’re looking for a place with big portion sizes and bang for your buck Mexican food, then yes go here. They were quick too. Definitely going back to try more items.

Ordered the longanisa burrito. Almost every ery piece was burnt. The whole burrito tasted like it was made rushed and with old oil. There were more grilled onions in there than pork longanisa. The eggs had no taste. Just greasy and hardly any seasoning

I recently dined at Sayulitas in San Diego and had a delightful meal. I ordered a combination of 3 carne asada tacos, a fish taco, and their Pacman Fries. The flavors in every dish were bold and savory, making it a truly enjoyable experience. The fish tacos were a highlight with their delicious taste and generous portions. While the carne asada tacos were good, the meat was a bit on the dry side, but still quite tasty. I also tried their three main salsas, and each one was a winner. Be cautious with the orange sauce, as it packs an unexpected kick.
Now, let’s talk about the Pacman Fries – they are an absolute must-try! These fries are loaded with bold flavors that make you question whether it’s gluttony to finish the entire tray in one go or a sin not to. They’re that good! Even when reheated the following day, the combination of avocado and sour cream remained delicious. Overall, Sayulitas offers a delightful culinary experience that I highly recommend.

I stopped in on Friday 4/7/23 around 1030 or 11 am. I stood at the register and waited to place my order while the cashier was hunched over the counter watching videos on her phone and facing the opposite direction. Absolutely not the impression you want to give a first time patron. I got the breakfast burrito #4, it wasn’t horrible. What I noticed was that the cheese wasn’t melted and the food wasn’t hot off the burner. I parked directly in front of the restaurant and ate in my van. There was no time for the food to get cold. They offer many options for salsa, my biggest turn off…the cashier.
