I had a bad experience the one down the street on the Mount Zion exit this morning and I decided to give it one more try as I’ve honestly just had a really hard week and for some reason a breakfast crunchwrap seemed to make it better. The woman in the front window with glasses and blonde hair honestly was so polite in. Her customer service was so sweet and simple and she probably doesn’t know it but she probably stayed me from having a mental spiral today. So I know it’s something small but just know that people out there appreciate you.

Absolutely Disgusting – Worst Taco Bell Experience Ever
This was, without exaggeration, the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The place was filthy — floors were sticky, tables hadn’t been wiped down, and trash was piled up. No one at the counter greeted us. One employee was literally outside smoking, and the other girl was flirting with some guy sitting in the dining area instead of doing her job.
When we tried to place an order at the counter, we were told to use the kiosk — they flat-out refused to take our order. We selected “dine in” on the kiosk, but were then told they didn’t have trays, so it would have to be to-go anyway.
I ordered a Mango Fiesta, only to be told they were out. No apology — they just handed me a cup and said, “get something else.” I picked Starry — they didn’t even have lids.
And the taco? NASTY. Soggy, cold, and looked like it had been thrown together in 5 seconds by someone who didn’t care.
Between the disgusting conditions, rude and distracted staff, and horrible food, this Taco Bell should be embarrassed. Never coming back.

went through and ordered through the app. all the workers were seen outside smoking/vaping by the back door when I pulled in and then they ran into the store. got my food and drove home. got home and order was completely wrong and never notified me they were out of rice. got a cheesy bean and rice w/ extra rice, light beans and lettuce. they made it like picture shown. no rice, so many beans, 2 tortillas. I never complain but holy it was inedible. never coming back here again, last time same thing happened but at least they told us they were out of things instead of making a gigantic mess.

Since when has it become socially acceptable to completely ignore a customer?? I had to use one of those stupid kiosks and after I ordered there was no way to get my drink. I stood at the counter for 3-5 minutes while two different employees walked right by and didn’t even greet me. All to get a simple cup!! What has taco bell come to!!

“Our fryer is broken”
This Taco Bell is consistently disappointing. It is par for the course for other Taco Bells in the area. I have never had an order where something wasnt missing or completely wrong. This morning I was met with a handwritten sign noting their fryer is broken, eliminating about a 1/3 of their menu. There was also a woman cackling in the background at the drive through speaker a out people not being able to get what they wanted. I wanted a breakfast Crunchwrap, arguably the only reason to get breakfast at Taco Bell over McDonalds and Dunkin which they share a parking lot with, both establishments with a line out to the road. Taco Bell had ZERO cars in line.
I ordered the a grilled steak breakfast burrito which was $5 and the most disappointing item I have ever had at Taco Bell. $5 for a burrito slight larger than 1 of the Mcdonald’s burritos. This place is circling the drain.

i asked for 3 doritos locks tacos with just meat and cheese they gave me them with lettuce which is no big deal but when i went back to get the correct order i got three doritos with a tiny scoop of meat and no cheese.. pathetic

Went around 2pm today and usually I dread going to this taco bell because the food and service used to be horrible but today everything came out great! We also had the nicest cashier at the window! I was super surprised, she is already running laps around the old employees!

This Taco Bell is by far the worst I’ve been to. There were 3-5 employees hanging out outside when we arrived. We mobile ordered and drove through the drive thru around 11:30-12 at night.
Took around 5-10 mins to get the food (wouldn’t mind if it was good) and the employee at the window asked for my name and snapchat… that was weird and disrespectful.
Got home and realized we were missing one item and almost everything we ordered had been messed up. 3 items that were supposed to have rice did not (I’m assuming they were out and didn’t want to tell us.) customizations were wrong (asked for no cheese and still got it) plus an overall bad quality of poorly slopped together stale burritos.
I’m never expecting the absolute best at a Taco Bell but i have never had such gross food and terrible service. They need to do something about this location asap. Every other Taco Bell does better.
What a waste of money, I’d call to get it redone but I don’t want to talk to these people.
