With this location being the closest to me, I thought I’d try again. The guy at the window all but threw my coffee out the window, handed me my sandwich in the wrapper, no napkins, not in a bag. I asked for a napkin and you’d have thought I’d asked for brain surgery. I really wish this place had better food and service but for now I guess I’ll keep driving right past

Came in for the first time and was met with someone who seemed like I ruined his life. When I walked to the counter, he rolled his eyes. I asked for a Valentines donut, 10 pack honey dip timbits and a medium French vanilla late. The only thing I got right was the French vanilla. I got an assortment of timbits that were so hard I was knocking them on the table. I got a random donut instead the valentines one. When I went back up to ask for the correct donut, the guy avoided me and someone else that was very nice came over and gave me the right donut. I don’t think I will be coming back and highly encourage everyone to check your order before leaving.

I got a mocha ice capp which came practically white. I ask them to put more mocha in it. Said they did but color no different. Was basically nothing but a flavorless cup of foam.. not drinkable. Had to throw it away

For a chain donut place, you have gotta love Tim Hortons. This location is consistently good. I feel like you’ll alway reliably get a good donut and coffee here. I’m really grateful that we have this as an option in Marysville. Dunkin is always inconsistent (and not even in this town) but you always know what you’re going to get at Tim Hortons!

In Canada, Timmy’s is nearly always a well-oiled machine. Here in Ohio, it can be pretty hot or miss. The Marysville location has been my personal favorite since 2015. I have always felt like the staff has been pleasant at this location and customer service here has reminded me of my visits to Timmy’s in Alberta, Canada. Keep up the good work ☺️

I have really had a string of bad luck with this place. I ordered a half dozen donuts and it was delivered in a bag smooshed all together. Twice they only gave me half my order and the donuts I did get looked like someone had run their finger through the icing. They never want to refund you but give you reward points to spend in the app. First world problems I know but come on! Do better!

This place used to be the best. Lately though it has been very inconsistent. Many times my iced capp is more ice than anything. Also they rarely ask if I want whipped cream anymore. The staff are usually friendly and the donuts are consistently good so it’s a mixed bag.
