I visited Texas Roadhouse recently and it was packed. The wait time was over an hour, and I honestly wondered if it would be worth standing around that long. It turned out to be.
Once the food came out, everything made sense. The steak was cooked just right, tender, juicy, and well-seasoned. You could tell it was fresh and handled with care. The appetizer was solid, and the sides were just as good. Everything came out hot and flavorful.
Yes, the wait was long, but the meal made up for it. If you’re planning to go, expect a crowd and give yourself time. The food makes it worthwhile.

I loved that I came to this location during lunch time on a Friday and I didn’t have to wait in a long line like some other locations. I was seated immediately and was able to order. The drinks and food came to my table super quickly. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was I had ordered a soda and when it was empty instead of a refill they gave me water but that’s okay. The food was good and cooked the way I requested it. I would return. Thank you

Went for my sister’s 31st on 2 /20/26 around 7pm within 20 mins we were seated with a party of 8 hostesses where friendly server was good they are very busy squeeze ppl in but still good service I only give 4 stars some of the food was under seasoned which is a person to person thing but that’s how I felt and a few others overall would definitely go again I actually service wise prefer this location over the McDonough location which is closer to my house

Went on Valentine’s night it was extremely packed nonstop. Once you sat down the service was fast and the food was good for what you can expect from that level of dining. We ordered an app that came out within 1 minute. Everyone was attentive and quick. I recommended this restaurant to anyone . It was a great experience overall.

I had higher expectations for this place because others mentioned it so highly. My expectations were disappointed. My food was not great. It was not horrible and not good, so it was decent. The atmosphere is nice and chill for a night out and welcoming for kids as well. My server was great. She was very attentive to our needs and I do appreciate that. Overall, I would say maybe the food is better depending on what you order. I had the steak Kabobs. My son did enjoy his ribs.

Pulled up for a table for two and waited about 30 minutes just to get seated, then another 20 before our server even said hi—only to tell us he’d *just* take our drink order, even after we said we were ready to order food. Place was slammed and the staff clearly wasn’t prepared; everything felt disorganized and slow.
Ordered a medium steak and they basically brought out a live cow, bro. Between the long waits, unprepared service, and wildly off cooking temps, I’m tapped out. Would not recommend this location, and that’s after giving it three separate chances.

I’ve been here multiple times with friends or family and we’ve never had any issues. Usually if we go in a weekend, I will put us on the waitlist since it does get very busy!
Today we went again to celebrate my brothers birthday and our servers are always great but Marissa was an absolute pleasure!!! Food came out perfect and service was excellent!

Whatever you do, don’t order the 3 or 4 piece catfish dinner. They need to remove this from their menu, the pieces are not worth the 16.49. The reason for size of the fish was because of a new distributor, according to management. Don’t believe them. They know what they are doing. They 2 additional piece that were as small. As my wife stated they’re a steakhouse. They need to stick with that.

I visited with three other guests. We were seated in an area where the temperature was 60 degrees. We asked to be re-seated which they obliged. Once at the designated seating the waitress went and brought our drinks, The waitress then proceeded to spill 4 sweet teas on one of the people I came with. She was drenched from head to toe. When we spoke to the manager she was very nonchalant and refuse to offer a free meal for the person who the drinks were spilled on. Then we still dined and at the end of our meal we witnessed a pregnant roach crawling on the back of our chair. Talking about gross negligence?

My family ate here on Saturday 1/17. It was super busy, and we had to wait about 45 minutes. It’s the weekend, so that was expected! We sat down about 6pm in the 4 table section to the right of the door. Our servers name started with a D (I’m sorry I don’t remember her full name) but she was AMAZING! They were very busy and she was bubbly, kind, and working her butt off. Not to mention she had to fight her way to her section through the crowd of people gathered by the host stand. She had a fantastic attitude and was very attentive. Two of us had chicken tenders that were cooked perfectly. My son ordered a steak from the kids menu that he ate every bite of. Salads were super fresh. Although they were extremely busy, every employee we encountered were nice. The price of the food was also very reasonable. Overall great experience. Our server was so good I want to make sure I acknowledge that one more time, and I’m sorry I forgot your full name. Keep up the good work, girl!
