Chef’s Market is fabulous! Some of the best pastries I’ve ever had and the drinks are delicious. I love the setting and it’s very peaceful.

A great place to unwind and enjoy the newspaper over a great drink. Hot drinks are always piping hot, just how I like it. Lauren, a 5 star barista, makes great iced drinks too. The espresso is strong and the coffee is black.

Their pastries, desserts and food are really good for the most part. I got my daughter a vanilla cupcake and she wouldn’t eat the icing. I assume it was buttercream icing but I had to laugh because it was literally almost straight up butter. I don’t know who is approving that icing recipe, it’s pretty much inedible haha. Unless it was a mess up from someone making it that day

The Chef’s Market in the Hotel Hershey is an overlooked gem. It’s not just fancy pastry.
We like it, and as we tend to stay around the hotel property, it’s the perfect place for lunch or mid afternoon snack. After a huge buffet breakfast at The Circular and anticipating another large meal at either Harvest or The Circular it’s perfect for a little pick me up. I had a Roast Beef Sandwich with Havarti and actually took 1/2 back to the frig. in our room.
A much-needed venue at The Hotel Hershey on the Registration Lobby level.

We were there for Hershey lights and decided to make it a girls trip for the weekend and stay at the lodge. We went here TWICE. A girl named Charisma helped me the first time. She was very ignorant. You could tell she turned her nose up to me upon ordering and made me feel like dirt for even asking questions and would let out sighs upon my questions. She would look at me with crazy eyes and then FLIP her pony tail… she works with food why is she touching her hair and flinging it around? The next day I wouldn’t go down again after my awful experience with that girl.
My sister went down and had another awful experience. Same girl, charisma, still flipping her hair and just acting like we shouldn’t even be there and then got her on cellphone in front of her. She does not know what good customer service is and should not be working her. She definitely ruined our “Hershey park happy” stay

The food is extremely overpriced–arguably worse than airport pricing– and is nearly inedible. Stick to staples like muffins and other pastries and the only thing that will hurt is your wallet. The one good thing is that your interaction with the overworked, disaffected staff will be blissfully short.

This is maybe the bougiest cafe in Pennsylvania. Atmosphere is fine and the baristas we’re wonderful, but the food is overpriced. There was also a manager who kept coming in and making everyone feel uncomfortable. 🙁 If you’re staying at the hotel and need a cup of coffee though, it’s fine.

Pecan pumpkin loaf was delicious. It wasn’t overly sweat and the mix of spices and flavor was great. The workers were very helpful and I’m looking forward to trying their other stuff at our next trip.

The refurbished Chef’s Market is one of the highlights of a stat in Hershey. The menu is expanded for both Breakfast and Lunch and the food is spectacular. It’s take out, but the service is still great from the friendly folks behind the counter.
