I’ve been to Wingstop many times, especially for pickup orders, and they are consistently excellent. My orders are always ready on time, packed neatly, and still hot and fresh when I get home. Accuracy and consistency like this keep me coming back.
The wings are always perfectly cooked — crispy outside, juicy inside, and full of flavor. No matter how busy they are, the quality never drops.
Manager Hitesh runs the store very professionally, and you can tell he leads a strong team. Mittal and Brijesh are also great — friendly, hardworking, and always helpful during pickup. The whole staff creates a smooth and positive experience every time.
If you’re in Streamwood and want reliable, fast pickup with great food and service, this Wingstop location is definitely the spot. Highly recommended!

Got a 20 piece deal and this is the second time that our fries have been unseasoned and wings are lacking sauce. It seems like the fries they use were changed, or they are just not being cooked long enough.

This is a fantastic location. Food is cooked perfectly and delivered quickly. Put an order through Grubhub for a family get-together and our food arrived in a timely manner and was hot and delicious upon arrival. I called to place an order wouldnt get an answer stayed on hold 30 mins decided to just drive up and…..They had their phone on silent… theres a guy in the back that seems to be the only one wearing gloves which would sound great except he’s holding his cell phone talking on the phone and then touching everything around him with the same gloves. I always have some issue with this location and they probably find me annoying at this point but this time i had the time to write this. The girl at the register tried her best to save them, bless her heart she’s a good employee but unfortunately they openly dont care so she cant save them.

This is the 2nd time when I didn’t get my order as I ordered! I paid extra for corn but i didn’t get fries at all! My spouse didn’t check the order when he picked up but seriously is it so hard to read the order?! Food is good but check your order before you pick up.

If you are insisting on Ordering from wing stop at least do it through door dash. Dordash own own up errors and at least attempts to reimburse. All i called about completely unseasoned fries and missing carrot order. It cost me me unnecessary streass, 30 minutes on the phone who had hard time speaking english (finally got manager on The phone). End result was if i can’t provide name of person and exact time i called, they could not help me. I guess some fry seasoning and free carrot stick would gill them.
Im not even complaining about the fact that fries are literally always cold unless you go pick them up yourself.
Unfortunately my child is mildly obsessive about wing stop at the moment. :/

Oh yeah. And here i thought i was done. Apparently they managed to put i 2 identical orders under my name and were insisting on having to pay for both.

Signed into my Wingstop account in the application and online website, neither allowed me to checkout. I just kept getting a little green bowl icon mixing ingredients until it timed out. Finally, I called the store (Barrington IL), I was put on hold immediately when the phone was answered, then after a long wait of being told that I can skip the line and hold and order online instead, from the recording…I was hung up on. Last two times we used Wingstop the order was messed up, so this is strike three, so… I will not order from this business again.
