Initially, the disappointing aspect is that service is very slow. I purchased two “loaded baked potato” soup “bowls”. The size of the bowls were once again, disappointing. The bowl size was barely equal to the size of other food services cup size. I requested extra cheese and extra bacon. It looked like a few pinches of either were present. Correct me if I’m wrong , but shouldn’t “loaded baked potatoes” already have a plentiful amount of these items? I certainly do not recommend Firehouse Subs when seeking a “loaded baked potato” soup. It would be equal to throwing away your money.

Great sandwich!! I elected for the Italian sandwich. It was perfectly made. The ingredients were very fresh! The meat was tasty and plentiful. The building itself was very nice on the outside. It was clean and modern on the inside. The service was great and quick. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the mood for a sub.

The inside of the store was messy. Trash and food crumbs were on the floors all throughout. The service is extremely slow when I order here. They always seem to be running very far behind. I was told my pickup order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Every other Firehouse I’ve ever ordered from, this time frame has been true and correct, but not here. My wait is usually between 20-40 minutes even when it’s not busy there.

I love Firehouse! My first time going through the drive-through today and the young lady taking my order made my day! She was kind, and honest, she confused my order with someone else but was so sweet about it. Some times being kind makes a world of difference in someone’s day. Great sandwich they simply don’t get the fact that they’re way too expensive. Almost arrogant and defiant about it. Not a position any business can afford to be in. Then they ask you to put more money to Firefighters when you’ve already put a portion of the meal cost to firefighters stop asking already. A $16 combo meal is not a deal

Love this place! The only sub sandwich store I will now frequent. I love that it supports firemen and first responders, that’s a store worth supporting. The decor is really great, right down to the cute dalmatian spotted tables. The service was fast and friendly Also very reasonably priced!

The owners of this place really need to consider volume shifts. Or show up and support your underpaid staff.

Online order at 624. Actually ready at 721. The staff was killing it and couldn’t be nicer. They also made sure quality didn’t sacrifice.
The tickets were non stop, the three heroes didn’t stop for any reason.

So. To the owners, step it up. Those folks deserve better conditions.

2 times in a row I have come here and waited over an hour for 2 subs with only 1 person in front of us. The first time I just thought the car in front of us ordered a lot but I don’t think that’s what’s up now that it’s happened twice and I’m seeing other reviews stating the same problem.

I spent 47 minutes waiting for my food and another gentleman spent an hour. I watched the lobby fill up and no one was being warned about the wait time or apologized to. Worst experience I’ve had. Even if there are new hires, there should be adequate staff to offset that.
