I ordered pizza tonight because it’s my finals week and I’m busy for one, and for two as a little bit of a celebration because we actually have money in my house again thanks to me working so hard. Pizza Hut has a deal going on so I was like you know what I haven’t had Pizza Hut in honestly probably a decade because I always thought it was kind of gross before, and I prefer Domino’s (which is very gross in this area ) and Papa John’s (doesn’t deliver to my house), so we decided to order from the Pizza Hut on North Main tonight and it arrived to us 30 minutes late And completely inedible cold, even put it in the microwave, and all it does is taste like cardboard. definitely not eating from Pizza Hut again. I’m hoping they refund my money in cash and don’t give me a credit for the store. If they do give me a credit for the store, maybe I’ll just get a lot of pop, cause I sure as heck do not want their pizza again

OKAY SO, tonight we ordered delivery online (which DOES NOT allow you to make multiple payments even if that’s what we did, which we did NOT.) But, if you don’t wanna get robbed and have people who CARE about customer service, don’t order from here. We paid for our order just to be told we still owed 11$ when they got here. We ordered 2 bundles, and redeemed a free pizza. Total: 40.83. Yet instead of fixing THEIR MISTAKE, they decided to have their delivery driver take our food that we paid for back instead. We tipped the delivery driver, and I will be calling corporate in the morning, because this location is NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. Attached is my order. Also I added it up in case Pizza Hut still wants to think we owed money on that. What a joke!!

Fast and friendly. Biggest draw is definitely the drive thru just making it more convenient and problem free. Even after multiple orders nothing has been made incorrectly.

I placed my order for pickup at 5:52pm. I got to the store at 6pm then I paid for my order and the girl told me that my order wasn’t ready yet. I drove to the front fo the store and went inside to wait for my food. 50 minutes later I asked what was taking so long for my food and thats when I found out the only one person working in the back messed up one of my pizzas and didn’t bother to tell me about it. All they did was offer a 2 liter soda and an empty apology. What I joke of store. Not buying there anymore for sure.

My husband had to wait just under an hour when the website it would take 15 minutes. No one told him what was happening until he asked after waiting over 45 minutes, and they said they had to remake one pizza. The other pizza was left to sit while another was made. I tasted like leftovers. He was offered a free pop and an apology. Will not be returning.

The boneless wings were very good. The pizza, not so much. The pizza was very dry, hardly any cheese and I got 1 piece of cupped pepperoni on each slice of pizza! Very cheap with the toppings!

I Ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks, took an hour to get here and most of it was burnt. the breadsticks were cold too. They let your food sit there when they don’t have enough drivers, which is all the time. Don’t Order from this one seriously !
