This location is very well run. The line is always fast and the store is always busy. I met the general manager this morning and he seems to be a good, encouraging leader. Which is nice to see. The dining room is a little small but they run their outlets.
Edit: Yeesh. Reading these other comments, you’d think people have never been to a dunkin’ before. Hit up one in a low income neighborhood and tell me how you feel. Omg lol.

Great location with great staff!
1st time at this Coffeeshop. We wanted to have Dunkin breakfast farther from home, so we ended up here. The place was very busy when we came in: drive through and walk in customers, but one was there to dine in, just us.
The coffee shop looked very clean, neat, and seemed like recently renovated.
The staff members were very helpful and nice to modify my order, which couldn’t be dine through the app, but had ordered th app to get a special deal (had to order bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, but we don’t eat bacon).
Thank you all for that! I really appreciate that kind of support and understanding!
The food was very fresh and delicious.
We are very happy customer thanks to the staff.
Highly recommended Dunkin!

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely not worth spending my money there anymore, every time I go the coffee tastes burnt and is never made properly, I just left a few minutes ago and when I go to eat the wrap I got its completely cold and difficult to even bite into. The people giving you your order hardly even communicate or look at you because they are too busy in the middle of their conversations that aren’t meant for work. Won’t be going there again and rather drive out of the way to wind gap instead because these are always constant issues. Don’t waste your time

Rude Service. They are the only fast food in the area so they can get away with it I guess. Also, the job should provide the worker at the window with gloves and a work jacket.
I’m just going to stick to the one closer to my job. Why support crappy service just for convenience when everything comes out wrong anyways…

This used to be a good location, but perhaps it changed ownership. Now it’s all long waits, stale donuts and cold coffee all the time. Staff are all literally children and won’t hesitate to curse you out if you dare to complain.

Service is absolutely horrible. This crazy dog named Mackenzie or Makayla had nothing but attitude about my order. Then she throws my bag at me. I proceed to check my order and it’s not even the correct order. I tell her that this order is not correct and what I ordered and she snatched the bag out of my hand signing and talking to herself. Her boss asked her what was wrong and she pointed at me, cursing and swearing at me. Her Boston tells her to go in the back and chill out. On the way to the back, she’s punching the metal refrigerator or oven. Dunkin’ Donuts needs to find better associates. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had a Dunkin’ Donuts, literally ordering breakfast. I will definitely not be going here again.

I dont know what they do to their bagels when toasted but they became so weird and dry and seem like they are old. The morning staff always seem miserable and talk in 1 word grunts. Its a very odd Dunkin that I try to avoid. Also their prices are way higher than every other Dunkin I go to.

I’m extremely disappointed and angry with the service I received. The customer service was downright rude and nasty completely uncalled for. Not only was I disrespected, but my entire order was messed up from start to finish. This is beyond unacceptable, and I expect this issue to be handled immediately.

Dunkin fans, beware! Save yourself the disappoinment and head out to the Wind Gap location. After several visits to this location, it became obvious Management could use some training in customer service. Location is unorganized and dirty.

The behavior I encountered at this Dunkin’ Donuts location was not only appalling, it was emblematic of a team that has clearly lost sight of the most fundamental principles of customer service: decency, respect, and professionalism. During a simple drive-thru visit, I made a polite special request for my sandwich, only to be mocked—out loud—by an employee who assumed no one could hear her disdain. Unbeknownst to her, my brother was at the window and caught every word of her snide commentary. This level of immaturity would be embarrassing coming from teenagers at a lunch table—let alone paid employees representing a national brand. When I attempted to describe a donut I’ve enjoyed for years but didn’t know the formal name for, I was met not with help or kindness, but ridicule and visible irritation. Not only was the wrong donut handed to me -3 TIMES. But the manager herself felt compelled to contribute by speaking to me with unnecessary rudeness, simply because I wasn’t fluent in Dunkin’s internal product names. All on a holiday mind you! Lastly, during a mobile order pickup, after calmly correcting the staff when they misheard my name, I was greeted at the window by the same employee who had earlier “corrected” me on my donut pronunciation—only this time, she delivered my order with a smug, condescending tone that felt intentionally spiteful. This wasn’t a one-off slip in service—it was a clear pattern of disrespect, immaturity, and a total failure in leadership. If these employees derive satisfaction from humiliating the very people who fund their paychecks, then it’s time to reconsider whether they belong in customer-facing roles at all. Go to Wind Gap.
