Food is decent. Nothing crazy. But felt that it wasnt worth the money. I paid $17 for this and no drink. Would have liked more meat on the sandwich and that small cup of lasagna soup isn’t worth $5. Staff was nice and the food came out quickly. Restaurant was clean. Probably won’t be back just because the value isn’t there.

Yum! Impulsive stop for lunch here, had never been. Really clean with vibrant colors and ambiance..inviting albeit a fast dining environment. Three people in line ahead of us but it moved very quickly. My only complaint was that the menu board was far from the doors and without my glasses I couldn’t see it well. They score extra points however for the website with great pictures that really helped with the ordering process, especially considering we were able to order a sandwich not listed on the menu board (the Rachael). I ordered a spicy turkey but asked to substitute chicken for the turkey. The guy that helped us was incredibly friendly and I appreciated so much him letting me know the soup was a bit watery when I ordered it, which allowed me to make a better choice. We each ordered spuds with our meal. I’m a classic – I like salt, pepper and sour cream on mine. She got the chicken bacon chipotle one (oh my goodness SO good). The sandwiches were perfect, just like the pictures (we ate before I got pictures of our own but I swear they looked just like the website but better). The food was hot and fresh. My only complaint about the menu was for a delivery, I think there should be a pasta salad on the menu as well. Small critique. Originally I was bummed there weren’t fries but the spuds were a surprisingly unique addition to my sandwich. As a former vegetarian, I appreciate the options. I will for sure go back.

Great place to grab sandwich, soups, and huge loaded baked potatoes. Drinks are great, not watered down. Service is great, sandwich amazing, soup rich and hearty. Will eat here again.

The staff at the counter were quite rude and not helpful. The Veggie Spud was cold and the cheese sauce on it lacked any flavor. The restaurant was not clean and booths were ripped and dirty.

Roast beef sandwich was skimpy, beef was tough, cut thick, lots of gristle. “Horseradish sauce” was just mayo. Gave most of the meal to the dogs later – they enjoyed it more than I did. No one came out to check on us after meal was served, even though there were not many customers. Loved the Fayetteville location, Ft Smith was a major disapointment.

NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! The worst $30 ever spent. For $30, they could’ve at least tried to make the food look like it wasn’t frozen or put in the microwave, especially the Mac-and-cheese. Not just that, the cashier was so so rude. Acted like she didn’t want to be here. You wonder why everyone else goes to Panera.

Food was great, but staff seemed to be unaware that there were right in uncleaned tables left open. Was rather off-putting. Location is great but difficult to turn across traffic in heavy traffic.
