Stopped by Soflo Retreat in Abingdon and ordered the Chicken Sees A Wrap—it was packed with flavor and HUGE! Seriously great portion for the price. Everything tasted fresh and was so satisfying. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back and try more!

My dad and I stopped by to get a quick dinner that was healthier than the typical pub food. The person helping us was chatty and really sweet to talk to! We really enjoyed our teriyaki chicken and quinoa bowl! It was refreshing, heathy, and a lot of food! Definitely worth checking out!

The flavor was great, the drinks are top notch! Just for some feedback, the food was great but when making wraps, use wrapping paper that can withstand wet juicy fillings, this was my first time here today, and I was impressed, just kinda bummed that my wrap fell apart, it was extremely wet so it made the newspaper wrapping very wet, but altogether, great job!

Met the owner there after passing an exam and being exhausted. He recommended a tuna mahi bowl on a cilantro brown rice with a mango salsa and chipotle cream on top. Absolutely fantastic! The only shame is more people don’t know about this place. It was recommended to me by a friend… And that’s how I know I’ve got good friends!
