Wonderful place with friendly, great staff. Excellent food–everything we tried was great & very reasonably priced. Our 2nd time back a few weeks after our first visit we decided to try their appetizers, paninis & desserts. But we couldn’t leave without taking a pizza home for dinner, too, because it really was that good.
The only real problem is finding it in the complex because you can get turned around a lot with all the one way streets and there aren’t too many parking spaces. But it’s definitely worth the effort & the complicated little complex is immediately off the highway.
We were there in Pine Hills for my mom’s eye appointments with a new doctor but had to try it the first time because everyone said it was great. And we had to go back again following the surgery. She’s getting the cataract removed from her other eye after the first one has fully recovered, so we’re already planning on going back a few more times.
I wish it was closer to Cape Cod so we could go there more often, but we’ll definitely keep it in mind for when we go off Cape or meet friends/family coming from Boston.

We absolutely love Mama Mia’s at The Pinehills! We moved into The Rowen across the street in April and have been regulars ever since. The Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Tenders, Pizza, Salads, Shrimp Scampi, Salmon, and the warm bread are all outstanding — and we always look forward to the weekend specials and Tuesday Night for Two.
A very special shout-out to the servers who make every visit wonderful: Katelyn, Sara, Megan, and Heather. They are consistently attentive, friendly, and make every meal feel special.
Our compliments to the chef as well — every dish is always prepared to perfection. Thank you for being such a fantastic neighborhood favorite!

We consistently have great experiences at Mamma Mia’s! Tonight we had a party of 8 and from start to finish it was a great experience. Our server, Emma, was 100% on it. She was attentive, interactive, and put up with our silliness. She even quick wittedly snapped some jokes right back at us and had us laughing quite a bit. The food was phenomenal. Everyone cleaned their places. The brownie sundae was HUGE and delicious. We will be back!

Their margherita pizza is the worst pizza in the history of pizza. The menu said fresh mozzarella but it came with dry shredded mozzarella. The dry crust, micro-thin sliced tomatoes and specks of basil did not help. Took home the leftover slices but have no enthusiasm for eating them. The clean establishment and nice wait staff gets it a bump up to 2 stars.

I hidden gem . Went there after a Festival and took a gander on this restaurant. From the time we walk in The hostess was truly amazing and very friendly are waitress oh my God truly friendly an amazing and very knowledgeable about the menu.. are table next to us Took our appetizer. But as soon as are waitress figure that out she came over and give us our appetizer and apologized. We will be going back .

Mama Mia’s Pinehills, MA is my happy place!! I frequent here about once a week during my stay on the cape all summer. My sever Katelyn always greets me with a big smile, is very attentive and consistently gives great customer service! I will miss you Katelyn! See you next spring!!

Mamma Mia’s, just off the Las Vegas Strip, is a quality Italian restaurant with a large varied menu to choose from. It is NOT ”fine dining” so u are served large portions so plenty to be boxed to take home, even back to your hotel.
Being from the Boston area, where Italian food reigns “supreme”, Mamma Mía’s sauce is almost as good as my mamma’s & nonna’s “gravy” as we called it growing up. Don’t forget to ask for extra bread to put in your “bag to go” for next day’s lunch, maybe even dinner … again! Be sure to “puccha” the Italian bread in the gravy so they won’t have to wash your plate (lol).

Something negative? The service was terrible. It took a long time for someone to take our order, the same for the drinks, and don’t even mention the refill.
We order pizza and Even the simple detail of placing the pizza on its stand was overlooked.
I think the wait time was disrespectful, especially since people who arrived after us were served much faster.
I don’t know if it was because we’re Hispanic, but the difference in service was noticeable.
