For the hot pot, you’re given a bowl that’s pre-tared on a scale, then you fill it along a buffet line with a wide selection of vegetables, meats, and seafood. You pay by weight, which is nice because you can customize exactly how much you want. After that, you choose the broth they cook everything in.
They have a solid assortment of fresh veggies, meats, and seafood to choose from. I went with the beef bone broth this time which had good flavor but not as much as I would prefer. I’d definitely like to try a different broth on my next visit.
There’s a decent amount of seating, and the food comes out fairly quickly. They also have a sauce bar with plenty of options, making it easy to mix and match and create your own perfect dipping sauce. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I loved my food, they have a good variety of options and also the prices are really good. Probably weekends are the busiest but it just took 20 minutes till they brought our orders. I’ll definitely go again!

quick and easy service – food came within 10 minutes of ordering. it’s pay by the pound (and they zero with bowl!). such a good deal and we even had to get the leftovers to-go. the broth tasted a bit bland but the free sauce mixing bar made up for it!

Just ok. This place has a strange system where you have to pay a minimum of $15 for a pound of food that if you’re clever, you know how to combine from an open bar such that it might taste good. If you put any less than a pound, you’re charged $15 regardless which means that you need to go through this process of putting the right amount of food so that you’re not wasting money. Which makes the dining experience more like a science project with an unknown outcome because in all likelihood you’re not a chef. Honestly bizarre. The staff was nice but very limited. There was one server for the entire restaurant. My food took almost 30 minutes while the rest of my family showed up in about 15 which left me with the awkward situation of watching my family watch me eat. Which I guess would be OK if the food were delicious to eat. It wasn’t. No one finished their meal. Sorry to say, but I’d rather be honest than let people think this is a great experience. On the plus side, we sat next to a group of people that were actually speaking Latin to each other. That was cool.

My BF told me a noodle place opened in the downtown area not too long ago.
We went last month and at first, it was a bit confusing on how we’d order hot pot.
I’m originally from the east side of MA, so I was used to the center of the table as the ‘grill’ and you put the items to be cooked in the broth.
But the gentleman at the checkout, told us how it works and you get to pick your own items to put in a bowl, then you select your broth of choice.
When it came out, it was served in a nice big golden bowl and the soup was already made for me!
It was different than what I’m used to but definitely delicious and filling!
Definitely a good spot if you want fresh hot soup, on a cold winter day.

Went here for the first time today for some hot pot and it was delicious! Walked in and was instantly greeted and he explained how it all worked. Came out piping hot and enough for leftovers! Will be returning

Ive been several times since they opened. It’s perfect for cold weather and very customizable, whether it’s veggies, seafood, meat, noodles. The sauce station has all the essential seasonings. I aim for a 1 lb bowl and it usually costs $15 to $18 and is super filling. I don’t mind the mild cross-contamination, but those with allergies should be super cautious. The staff are very friendly! Plus, the golden cutlery adds an elevated touch to the place.

For a restaraunt in downtown Northampton I am extremely dissappointed in this place. I arrived with a friend of mine and were asked about 5 different times from counter dude if I was wait8ng for a table, then when I was finally given a table and tried to order my food he kept lumpung me in with someone else…then they gave my food to someone else. They remade it but I waited over 40 minutes and as of writing this review have not been served. I stated to the staff that I have diabetes, had taken insulin and they still made me wait.
The food though, worth the wait! I hope they get their stuff together.

Wow! Saw this place a few months ago and have been wanting to stop by since. Had a wonderful experience and I’m so glad I stopped in. Got the spicy mala tang base and all the fixings. Huge fan of this place, the price was great for how much delicious toppings I added and the flavors did not disappoint. Will be back many more times.
