I recently had the pleasure of visiting one of the finest pubs I have ever experienced. From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped by a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The decor is charming and eclectic, capturing the essence of a cozy Irish getaway, complete with soft lighting and traditional furnishings that create a magical ambiance.

The team working there is truly exceptional—Their friendliness and attentiveness made our visit even more enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to recommend their favorite dishes, which made our dining experience all the more special.

Now, let’s talk about the food. Each dish we tried was not only delicious but also uniquely prepared, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors that danced on the palate. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, elevating the meal to something extraordinary.

The building itself is stunning, with a beautiful exterior that hints at the warmth and charm waiting inside. As I looked around, I felt as though I had been transported to a magical Irish locale, where every detail contributes to a wonderful experience.

I can confidently say this is a must-visit pub—one that I would recommend to anyone looking for great food, a fantastic atmosphere, and exceptional service. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem!

My boyfriend and I have been to this restaurant a handful of times, but decided to stay in the rooms above the pub for our anniversary. From start to finish, the service and staff were INCREDIBLE! From the gentlemen showing us to our room, the hostesses making our reservation for the evening, the various floor staff throughout the night, seriously…. they went above and beyond. Included in our stay was a voucher to supper and a prime spot table for the evening. We were lucky to have live music during our stay as well. We knew what to expect in terms of noise levels when staying above the pub when music was playing, but even so, it wasn’t that loud.

The rooms are quaint and charming. It was everything we needed to enjoy the Irish pub atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to give this place a try & we will surely be back.

Delicious food and warm atmosphere. The potato farls were heartier than expected. The mushroom toast was excellent. I even took one to go and heated up in the air fryer later that day and it was amazing. The fish and chips were perfect. Highly recommended.

A wonderful dinner out to enjoy a nice pint of stout and the food was hearty and quite tasty I might add. I had the Irish Experience which gives you 3 of their popular pies to try. The Kilkenny with lamb was amazing and the steak and Guinness was good too. Shepherds pie apart from my wife’s is a hard battle but it did alright. Service was great and friendly I might add. Cannot really go wrong here for a night at an Irish pub. We will be back.

We love the Irish Harp! ☘️ Great lunch feature, half a sandwich and a French onion soup, good bang for your buck. We sat right beside the fireplace which was wonderful as it was -12 out. Lucky us! We enjoyed ourselves a few lovely pints of the good stuff as well and all was right in the world! Highly recommend!

Not impressed. We went because the reviews said they had the best poutine. My husband said it was good. Can’t say the same about anything else. The Caesar salad was nay appetizing with all the brown lettuce. When asked if I was finished, no one asked if I liked it or if there was anything was wrong when they took a full salad away. I had the Mac n cheese it was ok at best. My husband and the fish and chips. Said the breading was chewy and not crispy. He pulled the breading off and ate the fish. He did say the tartar sauce was quite good. This was our least enjoyable meal we had in our trip. Clean gender neutral bathrooms. When we arrived there we available tables but were told people were coming in an hour and WE couldn’t be seated. However the people that came in right before us did not have a reservation and WERE seated. We had to sit outside which my husband hates.

Late lunch here on a weekend in October on the outside covered patio. Location was busy, food was alright. Service was a bit slow but we had a good time.

The covered patio is in a tent so it’s less of a vibe. We suggest getting a table outside that is not covered to enjoy the scenery.

Tyler is a great server, always smiling and checking on us.
Highly recomend the Irish Experience, it is the best for someone that can’t decide on which dinner to chose, and you get a taste of everything. It is so filling, I’m sure you get more food then just one. The Dublin steak & Guinness pie was my favorite, followed by the Sheppards Pie. Kilkenny Ail Pie was also gresh and delicious, however not as rich and flavourful. Ask for their home made hot sauce for the sheppards pie (better then katchup.)

Will return for sure.

I recommend not missing the Irish harp pub if you’re visiting this little town. Great quality pub food and the atmosphere is lovely too.

We came in on a Sat afternoon where there was live music (nothing too energetic) which adds a nice vibe to the meal.

We tried the prime beef dip sandwich, the mussels and a salad.

The Prime beef dip was delicious. Succulent beef in good quality ciabatta and a nice gravy on the side. The mussels were fantastic too – good quality mussels here and they were fresh. We tried the creamy wine sauce and it is quite rich with a lot of cream. However it was very delicious! A little on the sweeter side with the cream.

The salad was also fresh and tasty with peaches.

I’ve been here a few times many years ago and happy to see the quality has been consistent!

Our favorite place to go before or after the Shaw theater. Great atmosphere. Good pub food, drinks, and lively music. Need to get a reservation or be flexible as they are very busy. We often sit at the bar. I love their Shepard’s pie and curry chicken.
