The customer service was great, and the restaurant was clean and quaint. I really liked it. The food left a little to be desired. I know it’s a chain restaurant but the sauces seemed a little watered down and not much flavor, but overall it wasn’t bad. I would still recommend them for a quick lunch and I will probably go back again to try something a little different next time.

Been coming here for several years and getting broccoli and chicken pasta. Don’t know if they changed recipes but it was terrible. It was a gooey mess. It usually is in a lite sauce but not this time. Hopefully it is just the person that prepared it. One more thing put salad on a bigger plate.

Update: Owner Ed really stepped-up to help me this week. My dear friends lost their daughter and I ordered a large amt. of food to take to the family. Ed listened to my story and said “I will be happy to help”. Ed and his amazing team put together some of the best Pasta con Broccoli, salad, etc. The grieving family was thrilled and said they enjoyed all of it. Thank you so much Ed, your and your team’s compassion and great food was appreciated by everyone.
Literally some of the BEST salads in Springfield! I order from here weekly, sometimes twice a week. Always fresh, so yummy.

Ed and his crew do great work! The food is always top notch. They do great at catering too. We have a monthly meeting and they always have great food hot and tasty at our space. Even with covid and having trouble with employees these guys continue to keep the quality high.

My girlfriend and I walked in the other day for the first time and thought we would give this place a try. We spent $60 on a family pack only to go home and be completely unsatisfied! For the money we spent, we got over cooked food that had no seasoning in it. ( it was very bland ) the rolls where hard on the surface and difficult to eat. They said that they could put broccoli on anything that we wanted and so we got an chicken fettuccine Alfredo add broccoli, when we opened up the dish all we saw was small pieces of broccoli and not many at that. Needless to say we will not be eating there ever again, I myself could make this better at home so much for our weekly treat.
