This is my second review left on this location, the prior one was deleted. Huge supporter of this franchise and eat here quite usually. Second time at this location in general. Manager was extremely rude and I mean horrible attitude and no kind of professionalism whatsoever. I paid for a Bowl and Added 3 additional ingredients which skyrocketed the amount, to be fair i understand the “you have to pay extra for extra.” I paid for extra and got a regular bowl??? Which led the associates to follow behind the managers terrible judgement. At first I made the mistake of ordering the wrong bowl and was surprised by the blueberries on my bowl which I tried to correct myself but the young teenage lady with dreads attitude fell in the same with her manger so I couldn’t apologize. But then I saw how little of honey I had on my bowl compared to how it should be if I paid for extra !?!?!?? It came to her throwing my entire bowl in the trash instead of just letting me have the extra honey at that point. Before I could explain why I felt the need to have the honey she continued to cut me off as a whole and had everyone ignore me, even the lady who had just clocked in. It just shows how she wanted to be correct and in control just to throw away all of those ingredients. The customer is entirely right in any situation this is extremely disappointing and has haunted me from even wanting to come back to this location. I love my Statesboro location but you guys really need to evaluate your associates because we all are saying the exact same things in review section. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, SENDING BLESSINGS, Thank you!

Employees was extremely polite, very professional, helpful if you need an assistant on choosing certain items on the menu. I highly recommend visiting this local establishment you are guaranteed a pleasant experience when looking for a good smoothie to sip! Laila & Shaniy was both amazing employees very knowledgeable, kind hearted, and professional!

I’ve been to the pooler location multiple times and either the staff does not care about their job or what kind of service is given . Items are out pf stock I’ll order something a not until I have my smoothie and come back to ask to fix it the employees say oh yea sorry we don’t have that. The employees look lost like they don’t know how to help you . I love smoothie kind but this location is downhill an always a bad experience.i ordered a pineapple surf today only to realize there was no strawberries in it. . I’d like to see this location since it’s off 95 do better compared to the other locations in Savannah

Me & my wife went into this establishment to order a strawberry lemon twist. The young fella in front counter took the longest to even take my order. The other gentleman that was working with him asked if he needed help multiple times. The young fella said no he had it, he was mistaken. I told him I wanted to do the 12oz smoothie then upsize it to the 32oz smoothie. He failed to type it in correctly on the computer I used the QR code on my phone and he charged me the full price $10.05. That’s when he went & got help, finally. So the other guy came up to help him I got my money refunded then had to go back through the process all over again. The whole time the smoothie still isn’t getting made I asked for no turbinado substitute it for stevia. In which he failed to do that as well so after waiting for 20 minutes I finally get my smoothie. It was only 8pm no customers after the one that was in the store when I first arrived to the store. Save your self the wait go to another Smoothie King.

Very disappointed and shocked I went in excited I haven’t been in for about a year and getting back to my weight gain journey I waited for 9 minutes inside loud alarm went off saying front door open I saw a woman in back but not a soul came out to help me or serve any product they were hiding in back and only noticed as I finally gave up waiting thinking no one was in building at all…. I didn’t get my strawberry banana I so desperately craved and was excited for still as I type this minutes after walking out no one has come out of back room horrible customer service 🙁

As a champion guest for smoothie king rewards I am watching this location fall apart… I understand new workers but when you has experienced employees sitting in the back of the store and having to be asked to come help that is insane, I ordered 2 smoothies only received 1 and my other smoothie takes almost 30minutes to be made with new orders being handed out before and still no acknowledgement of poor performance. This is not rage to the new employees this is rage to management and poor leadership as the standards of smoothie king are not being upheld and I am disappointed beyond words somebody come save this location.
