I ordered a single cheeseburger and a chicken strip basket. They had me park in front of the building to wait for my food. When it came out my cheeseburger was clearly fresh out of the microwave. Soggy bun, cheese melting everywhere and steaming hot, (not in a fresh way). I have been here a lot, but I will never be back again.

No complaints, this is the best DQ around the area, with a noticeable difference in service and quality of food. Haven’t been inside in a while so I don’t know how it is from the inside and the cleanliness and everything is, but I haven’t heard or experienced anything bad.

We mostly go to Dairy Queen for the Blizzards—they are really good! The variety of flavors and mix-ins always hits the spot. The girl at the window was very nice, which made the experience even better. Service was pretty quick.
While the rest of the menu is standard fast food, it’s the Blizzards and shakes that really keep us coming back.

The last 4 times I have came to this location they have forgotten something. The first 3xs I caught it before I left. Tonight I was extremely tired and didn’t check my bag. I called the store and was told unless I drove 15mins back to the store I was just out my money. So this must be how they really make their money by charging you and just never give it to you

Needed something quick because the baby was having a breakdown in the car. Made us pull around front to wait for our food. 10min later it comes out. I check the food and no gravy with the order as requested. Husband goes in and they say they just ran out. Why would they not tell us this when they brought the food out and asked us if we wanted something else? Opened our food and they gave us the 4 piece chicken baskets instead of the 6 piece we paid for.

Never consistent with hours, closes at 8:45 when their site says 10. Worker comes to us as we walk in the doors and tells us we have to leave because they were just about to close the interior an hour early. Never had good customer service here.

Says right on the sign that blizzards are flipped upside down before serving or they’re free. Mine was not flipped. Mentioned it and was told that was a manager issue. Manager told me no they won’t honor the policy

The Summer Berry Cake Cupfection is delicious! I had no idea what it was but the gentleman explained it perfectly. It’s vanilla cake, mixed summer berries, vanilla ice cream, chocolate shavings and whipped cream. What’s not to love? The cake inside even has frosting!
