Could use some new french fry oil, or fix the issue that cause limp soggy fries. It would also be nice if my large fries were filled up properly and not just half way, you could tell they just dumped a prefilled medium into a large container. Also late nights have improved significantly, especially compared to a few months ago where on 3 separate visits i got cheese burgers with half hard stale buns, or another time i waited in line for an hour and a half and specifically the vehicle in front of me that took 45mins to get their food. Instead of having them pull forward to get everyone else their food which was clearly made and waiting, becuase of this 45 min wait on a single car , by the time i got to the window i had my food in 30 seconds and left… within the first min of driving and tasting everything, i found all my food was cold and gross and my milkshake was melted and getting warm of outside

Took my order and drive thru went quickly. I went inside then to get a breakfast sandwich as a second order When I went inside to get grandson’s order went ok but while filling drink then came back for breakfast sandwich, I was ignored when I asked a counter person if the sack had my order. I decided to check it myself, since it had the correct product took it and left. Sorry if it belonged to someone else, but someone should have answered me. Drive thru personal were friendly and quick with the first order though.

Rude staff and a very filthy restaurant! Couldn’t find a clean table. Restrooms smelled of urine and feces toilet paper on floor next to toilet. Avoid this place at all cost

My food was clearly rushed and still took so long to cook, I ordered ranch for my kids chicken nuggets and never got it. We tried to ask a worker but hey told us to just leave, please fix that issue of customer service and give us all of our food

The drive-thru was great. The food was McDonald’s fast food, so it only gets a 3 for being edible. Overall services was EXCELLENT, the lady at the window was very polite & friendly! However, I rated the overall experience as a 1 because their prices, to put it bluntly, SUCK! How in the hell any fast food restaurant chain is surviving at the prices they are charging, I have no idea. I think all Americans should boycott fast food for 1 month and see if they can’t drop their prices by about 50%.
