On our to Boston from Maryland , we stopped here for a quick dinner . Decent food always never disappointed. We were a group of 4,2 ppl non-veg and 2 ppl veg . Their shroom burger is really delicious . Their shakes we had a chocolate shake ,lil disappointed because we couldn’t get the Dubai chocolate one as it is not available. But the shakes here are always perfect so rich in texture and always perfect in taste. There hamburgers good in taste , quick deli every .Easy to eat . We have been to their multiple locations never had a bad experience as of now , when compared to other chain restaurants , this one is better . Will definitely comeback especially for their shroom burger crispy , cheesey and caramelized as I always like a bit of extra crispy onions. My husband likes his double patty burger .

The fries tasted bitter (12/21/25) which means that the oil is bad (old). We were not able to eat them and had to throw them out.
The rest was okay: burger tasted good and shake as well.
In the future we will not get food at this Shake Shack anymore since their food hygiene is questionable.

Good food unfortunately the young girl that works there doesn’t like to be told to serve freshly made milk shakes. I always have to ask because they have them pre-made and in a freezer by the time it gets served to a customer it’s no where near a milk shake but hard ice-cream in a cup with a lid. So today I asked for a freshly made one and this young girl proceeded to mock and antagonize me. So I asked to speak to her manager, as I was speaking with the manager she would look at me and say something in her language then laugh. Who knows what she was saying. But the apple does Not fall far from the tree as the manager him self was no help maybe he is her uncle but I guess they think serving ice-cream in a cup with a lid as a milk shake if fine.

This Shake Shack is surprisingly fast, especially given how busy it gets due to its location. The food and shakes were both quite good, particularly considering the high volume of customers.

This was my first time ever trying Shake Shack.i do not think I will go to one again. The chicken was almost inedible but I was starving and had already left so I ate it. The workers also had their young children helping them prepare and serve food. This is both unethical and unsanitary.

Great experience for my first time trying Shake Shack. They have kiosks for self-ordering and payment, so that’s very nice and easy. It took about less than 10 minutes for my order to be handed over and it was hot and delicious! Loved every bite! To note, I put “Well Done” to make sure my burgers were cooked all the way.
Shake Shack definitely ranks with the other best burger places:
1.) In-N-Out Burger
2.) Culver’s
3.) Whataburger
However, they are a little too pricey given the size of the burgers even if the taste is good. That’s my only negative. Too overpriced compared to other burger chains.

The shack burger didn’t come with a shake sauce, they put ranch dressing on. Horrible. Chicken sandwich was dry and so much pepper, wasn’t suppose to have ranch sauce so instead put extra on.
Shakes don’t have the malt that can be added. Ordered oreo and got chocolate
Very expensive lunch that couldn’t be eaten. With the price of things maybe double check orders.

Possibly the worst burger and fries I’ve ever had. Had the avocado burger and it was flavorless Unseasoned beef. The shake sauce not even sure what that was…
The bacon cheese fries were just about the same. Greasie bacon bits and watered down cheese sauce.
The black / white shake was the best thing I got. But it wasn’t worth the $26.00 meal
I’d rather eat at wendys
