First time visiting the hotel and brook kitchen. Loved the atmosphere couldn’t stop looking around to see more details of the place, definitely need to visit in the summer months to be able to enjoy the beautiful patio they have. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Also tried the tequila flight which was amazing!! Thank you Tiffany for making the experience unforgettable!! Also need to visit again to try all the other flights they offer.

Had an excellent experience at Brooks Kitchen + Bar inside the Loom Hotel during Restaurant Week. We shared a few dishes and everything was outstanding. What really stood out was how fresh everything tasted — you can tell the food is made in house with quality ingredients and real attention to detail.
The pecan salad and Caesar were both great, the salmon was perfectly cooked, and the braised short rib ravioli was a standout. The pairings throughout the meal were well thought out and complemented everything nicely.
Our server, Jake, was attentive and made the experience feel relaxed and welcoming.
From the food to the atmosphere, the whole place just feels right. Even as a local, the Loom Hotel is somewhere I’d still be tempted to stay. Definitely will be back.

The Brook Kitchen + Bar has a pleasant enough atmosphere with a modern, comfortable setup that works well, but it doesn’t really stand out. Service was just okay.
As for the food, it’s decent but inconsistent. I thought the fish and chips were good, but the homemade tarter sauce was disgusting and the clam chowder was way too thin. Then, I came down for breakfast and got the crab benedict. I was the only one in the place and it took almost a half hour to get my food. Looked good, but all that for my benedict to have basically hard boiled eggs, terribly cooked. Asked for refund as I had to get to work and couldn’t wait for a remake and it seemed the server was terrified to talk to the chef. I ended up just getting a small discount.
Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re nearby, but it’s not a destination restaurant you’d go out of your way to revisit. Which is disappointing since it’s connected to a beautiful hotel.

What a wonderful restaurant. We stayed for 3 nights and only had breakfast. We wish we could have eaten here for lunch and dinner – we are sure it was as delicious as breakfast. My husband had the Crab Cake Benedict and I had the Eggs Benedict. It was the best I have ever had. Seriously. Thick Canadian Bacon, excellent Hollandaise. My husband loved his Crab Cakes Benedict. The Sauce was a light sauce with a hint of Sirracha. Bravo chef Leo, and the friendliest servers Laura, and Amanda.

The LOOM hotel and The Brook Kitchen & Bar was a wonderful experience!! The staff were super friendly and the service was excellent. It was a comfy clean stay and The food at The Brook was tasty with good portions! The pancakes were fluffy and huge! Right across the street from a big mall that has a carousel, which was fun for our kids. I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here when in the area and we would come back for sure! Thank you for the lovey time!

The food is very good but does not come out HOT! I ate here for Dinner and Breakfast. Both times the food was NOT hot! And not to bring up pricing but it’s pretty expensive so you want to enjoy a HOT meal! The food is fabulous though, flavors were great. Here is an overview of dinner: The Crab and Shrimp Ravioli ($32) with ratatouille on top was great but could use a little more seasoning. I asked for salt and pepper and the salt shaker barely worked, they had a fresh pepper grinder which was nice but I just had them put it on a side dish so I could put it on when needed. The ravioli had thick pieces of Parmesan on top, I was a little disappointed because I specifically asked for NO cheese on the truffle fries I ordered and I was not informed there would be cheese on the pasta dish. When it came out and I mentioned it she said oh I thought you only didn’t want it on the fries. Well I didn’t know it would be on the pasta because it wasn’t listed. She said she would give me a spoon to take it off. She was training another employee so I think that should be a learning lesson to always ASK or inform the customer if they request no Parmesan on something else. The next dish we got was the Salmon with lemon caper cream sauce ($32-$36) over spinach and fingerling potatoes. This dish was very good, flavors were good but again was not hot and salmon was a tad bit overdone. The Truffle fries were amazing ($8) – they were actually HOT and fresh. They were a thicker cut fry. We ordered a side of Broccolini ($8) it didn’t have much flavor at all and was overcooked. We had 2 alcoholic beverages, the first 2 beers we tried to order they didn’t have (3rd time was a charm). We also ordered a Down east Cider ($8 Can) It was listed on the menu as a regular cider but when I got it a “PEACH MANGO” down east cider which I really liked but it tasted like a fruity cocktail. The downfall on this is if you were expecting an apple cider taste then you would be disappointed it did not taste a thing like a regular cider and if you had any allergies to Peach or Mango then that could have resulted badly. Overall dinner was really good. Our waitress was nice and she seemed to be training a new guy. And here is an overview of Breakfast: I ordered the Crab cake Benedict with Sriracha hollandaise sauce and breakfast potatoes. ($24) I wasn’t sure if it was going to be too spicy so the waitress offered to bring both which I greatly appreciated. As I sat there I heard the kitchen ringing the bell several times. I thought maybe that could have been my food since it wasn’t too busy but also I was outside so I wasn’t sure what was going on inside. But a little while after I heard it again. My food came out shortly after. Not ONE THING on the plate was hot. The waitress didn’t come back until I already started eating to ask about the Hollandaise sauce and quickly went away. As I continued to eat I noticed the poached eggs were not runny, they were actually gooey like glue but I put the sauce on and continued to eat because I was so hungry and at this point what was going to be done. The potatoes were fingerling potatoes with julienned bell peppers and onions, the potatoes were cooked good but the peppers were still hard and there were random mushrooms in there. I don’t eat mushrooms so I picked them out but you should list that! I’ve never had breakfast potatoes with mushrooms! They had a little smoky kick to them too. The flavors were all great but I wish it was HOT! The waitress was nice but not very attentive. The hostess was very informational. Both times I sat on the patio so maybe they forget you are out there. I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the last 14 years which is why I came back. It has gone thru lots of changes including the name so maybe they are still adjusting. I stay a lot of Hilton Properties as a Diamond member but I was a little disappointed in the restaurant. I am writing this to make others aware because I always like to read reviews beforehand but if you are staying here it is good and convenient but a little pricey! Enjoy!

We were excited for breakfast and that it’s offered until 2:00 pm. We ordered 2 orders of pancakes as the menu offered is super small with not much selection. That’s also the only thing on the breakfast menu we eat. A few minutes after ordering we were told they were out of pancakes yet there is still an hour & a half left of brunch. I find that unacceptable. We ordered 3 sides of bacon since there was nothing else & they sent 1 order swimming in a bowl of grease. Because we don’t eat eggs or grains we have no breakfast. Go to the store & get some pancake mix!
Update Day 2, we ordered pancakes & they called again & said they are out again. No breakfast for 2 days. What a joke. At least offer french toast in its place. We will rethink staying at the Loom next time.

We had a 7:30 PM reservation at The Brook Kitchen + Bar and were not seated until 8:20. Waiting nearly an hour past a confirmed reservation time defeats the entire purpose of making one. If the restaurant cannot honor reservation times, that needs to be communicated honestly instead of leaving guests sitting around.
Once seated, the issues continued. Our first course was acceptable, but the pacing of the meal was extremely poor. It took almost 45 minutes for our entrées to arrive. By that time, the restaurant had largely cleared out, so it was difficult to attribute the delay to being busy. It felt disorganized and poorly managed.
Dessert arrived almost immediately after we finished our entrées, clearly rushed because it was already past 10 PM and the restaurant had closed. The sudden shift from long delays to being hurried out the door made the entire experience feel transactional rather than hospitable.
Our waitress was pleasant and the bartenders seemed friendly, but front-line kindness cannot compensate for an operation that lacks coordination and respect for guests’ time. The evening felt mismanaged from start to finish and lacked the basic sense of hospitality that should define a restaurant experience.

Hidden gem! We came here on a whim at an odd time when a lot of places were closed. We were immediately greeted with smiles from all the staff. Had a nice chat with the chef. Food was phenomenal. Our server Jae (I am guessing on the spelling, but she pronounces it like the letter) was great They don’t have a kids menu, but Chef Daniel was more than happy to make the requested “chicken nuggets“. And I have to speak to the freshness of the food. Normally something on the heavier side (a sandwich with fries on the side) would make me feel less than stellar not to long after eating. Never had that experience with this meal. I also trusted Chef Daniel to surprise me with something off the menu. He gave me something I never would have ordered and it was absolutely delicious. Looking forward to coming back soon and enjoying a drink in one of the many lounge areas. Also want to add that I came here a year or so ago and it was in sort of an interim ownership phase, and it looked like a industrial facility. Extremely cold and unwelcoming. The renovation is spectacular. Beautifully decorated. As a “wicked foodie“ I was blown away by this place.
