My mozzarella fries were double fried. I know because this was my first job at 15. I know when stuff has been double dipped. Staff was rude other than manager on duty. Greenwood rd location wouldn’t recommend

I work across the way at family dollar and i was on my to grab a bite to eat ! When i seen an employee outside! He stopped me and asked was i about to place a order , i said yes a mobile order . He made it seem like he wasn’t trying to take the order so i told him never mind. He gone say yea you dont have to eat here ! Im like you shole right thats why i said never mind . I dont need that energy on my food ! Remember you stopped me at the door not i came in acting weird !! Take your break boo !! Because thats what i was trying to do as well !! When you all come to family dollar I GIVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! But hey i like my little Job and i work 16s. I value my money and my customers.. so yea bk will not see another dollar out of me. Like dude said i dont have to eat there .and i want . Im not mad im just disappointed because i actually like the people over there. The old crew !!i i pay full price i need full service.

I’ve visited Burger King a couple of weeks in a row. It used to be my go-to for fast food burgers. Then they fell off with me. I gave them another try in another region, and those burgers were fire! So I decided to try our local one. I feel the burgers could be better if they bring the temperature up on the patties. I mean, they have the flame grilled flavor, but they’re darn near cold. And it’s not from them sitting up. I actually went inside, and I saw my burger being made to order, but they can’t be warming the patty up. Also, i really wish Burger King on Greenwood Rd would please fix the patking lot and drive thru. Those pot holes are hella huge. If ur not paying attention, u would tear ur front end up!! Nevertheless, I believe in second chances, so I’ll try again in the future. I will say the manager seemed pleasant.

Massive potholes in the drive through and the screen was shattered. They told me not to pull up to the window, and even though I was the only customer, I could have driven to a different location and gotten my food in the time it took them to make the single burger and fries I ordered, well over 10 minutes.

Service is slow even when not busy I’ve yet to get a order made properly (I only ask for no onion) the drinks taste like they don’t clean the spouts it’s disgusting…now I made this review a few weeks ago and I came back and gave them another chance and baby I’m so happy I did Mrs Alexis was so polite and didn’t act like she hated her job food was good and correct they did they big one!!

There is only two people working and they aren’t nice or welcoming. The coke machine is out of order. We had to wait to get our drinks. They were out of alot of stuff. Rude too

Just go to Kings Hwy location. This one is not good. Attitudes, wrong orders, refusing to make certain items like onion rings and if you go through the raggedy pothole drive thru they make you wait at the tree before the pickup window so they can take there time and not start the countdown clock for orders. Very ghetto.

I was in a hurry to use the restroom. Three woman were standing in the entrance. I said I just had to use the bathroom. One of the woman said “The bathroom doesn’t work.” I said it only be a second and made my way to the restroom. After a few minutes one of the staff slammed on the men’s door. They said, “Sir your times up in the bathroom.” I just had to use the bathroom. I don’t understand why they were so brash.

After staying in the area for a week and visiting all other fast foods around, this BK def had the best customer service. The guy at the drive-thru window was really polite, unlike everyone else at the other spots. He got our entire order correct (NONE of the others did), so if you’re in the area, although i am not a BK fan, I highly recommend these above the rest. Props to the drive-thru window worker!
