Hello everyone!! We wanted to take a minute to explain what we offer. An alternative to fast food, there are great burgers to be had all over the treasure valley, many that we love. There are times we have to have our fix of certain fast food staples as we grew up eating them like most everybody else. That being said, we are NOT a normal fast food restaurant, there are zero fillers in our food and we grind whole cuts of meat from Idaho, in house to make our patties so that we know exactly what is in our ground beef. We grind and form our patties, meatballs and bratwurst completely in house. We cure and smoke our pastrami in house along with smoking our pulled pork in house. If you are out for a good deal on real food, we are a great option.

Very disappointed at the drastic change in quality!
These pictures show the very same menu item 2 months apart: Pulled pork mac n’ cheese sandwich with fries. We always ordered this sandwich because it was not only made by the owner but he always made them super big and the mac inside was rich, creamy, cheesy and had a wonderful black pepper hit to it. They always used cavatappi pasta and the pulled pork had just the right amount of sauce in it.
The first two pictures are from July 29th and even still, I noticed the sandwich had been drastically downsized and I wondered if it was because the owner wasn’t present.
Fast forward to yesterday and it was just an utter disappointment. There was hardly any mac and cheese and the worst part was that it tasted like they used Kraft Mac and cheese!!!
It looked like the sandwich was made even smaller and there was just way too much sauce on the pulled pork. I had a hard time eating the sandwich because the little mac that was there made it just so unpalatable. The fries also tasted old and many of them were a tad bit overdone.
It’s actually heartbreaking that there has been a steady decline in the quality of food here because I LOVED this place and thought it had the BEST pulled pork mac sandwich but as long as it stays like this I am never coming back here. I hope the owner corrects this devastating mistake because they were so undeniably good a year ago.

I will definitely be coming back to share some tips and retry the sandwich because I genuinely loved it for the longest time. I bumped my review up by two stars because of your quick response and also because this sandwich genuinely used to be fantastic. Please go back to the cavatappi and the size the sandwich used to be!

This place has been right next door to me for 4 years and I had no idea!! I ordered the chili dog and it was delicious. The chili is one of a kind, the dog was big and cheese was melted within, not just an afterthought on top. Bun was big and soft and surrounded the whole dog and chili. I will definitely be back to try their burgers!!

My wife and two children and I went here after deciding that we wanted something different and new and finding Hit list on the list of “best hidden burgers in Boise” and let me just say it lives up to that title. When we first arrived we were greeted by the owner who asked us if we had ever been in before, to which we answered. No. He then gave us a rundown of the entire menu, the process of how they both get their produce and their meat and how it is processed mostly in house. I ordered the pulled pork mac and cheese sandwich. My eldest son ordered the classic cheeseburger my wife ordered the pastrami Burger and my youngest ordered the pulled pork sandwich. The food arrived incredibly quickly and was absolutely phenomenal. The pulled pork and mac and cheese sandwich was both interesting and very tasty, the barbecue sauce was not overly sweet but had a nice undertone of brown sugar. My wife’s Burger was one of the best I’ve had in town, knowing that the pastrami was made in house, did for me increase the overall experience. My youngest son for once cleared his plate, eating every bite of the pulled pork sandwich and a large number of the very tasty fries. My eldest son did what he always does and devoured his burger. The overall atmosphere in the restaurant was wonderful between the good music and the numerous pinball machines which we did play. We enjoyed our time very very much. We will be back.

Awesome local burger joint! I’ve had the pastrami burger and pulled pork burger both where delicious. GLUTEN free bun options to! and they taste pretty good not dry and gross like most places. Family ran business to love seeing that definitely will be coming back.

The pastrami burger was well balanced and had a good amount of pastrami. The Philly was on the verge of being too salty but honestly one of the best Philly’s we’ve had in the valley. The sandwiches come with a side, which wasn’t clear from the menu.
It was well priced, they didn’t skimp on the meat, and everything came out piping hot.
Would love to see chili cheese fries on the menu, and maybe a special of a Reuben burger- I trust they would do it well.

Food is still great. You can upgrade your fries to chilli cheese fries, it’s just not listed on the menu

The service wax top notch as they listen to under stand instead of hearing to respond. I saw they had chili cheese burgers as I have been looking for a good chili cheese burgers. Asked if I could get a sample to taste because I am very particular about chili. It was ground meet with no beans and spices. It taste real good just like what I have been looking for. It was very good, their fry’s were as good. Definitely 10/10 on food so far. Please support this local business as money spent here means the money spent here turns over 7 times in our local community.

This place is consistently good. My favorite item is the chili cheeseburger. I really hope they get good business as I worry the last couple of times they haven’t been busy. Then again it could be the odd times I’ve went. There is a Big Bun burger place right in the same parking lot. Big Bun is good but Hit List is superior. If you are wanting a great burger or cheesesteak sandwich, do yourself a favor and go to the Hit List instead.

Needed a good juicy home style cooked cheeseburger & Hit List came in like a super hero to save the day. Called in and placed my order for take out. I Opted for the double cheeseburger with all the veggies on it. You might need a bib with the juice from the meat and will have you licking your chops. Good size hamburger patties & will fill you up good and make you take a nap afterwords. Thick cut French fries were included on the side. Lightly seasoned Fries had me digging out the fries in bottom of the bag. Great location for ease of take out or dine in & the Uber as well. Customer service was fast and friendly. Will be coming to try other menu items! Put Hit List on your list of favorites and hit that save button! Give this place a try asap if you haven’t already done so.

Best burger I’ve had in Boise!! Fries were excellent too – all very fresh. Great quality and quantity with very reasonable prices. Friendly service and cool atmosphere. I’ve already started recommending this place to friends, family and co-workers. It’s a must try! You won’t be disappointed and you’ll want to come back the next day.
