Wow! Tried some samples at a downtown WB & decided to stop in today. Had no idea they had all this nice seating & huge set up! Food is INCREDIBLE and they offer catering. Our food was so freaking good!! But the ladies didn’t have any hairnet on at all!! Hair was dangling and was on her phone after I was asking her for a to go plate twice..tge place was dirty and there wasn’t nobody to go and pick up the dishes and didn’t see until we got our food and there was Nats..that I saw flying around…there needs to be a manager addressing this.

We ordered brisket, ribs, pulled pork, Mac n cheese, classic potato salad, Cole slaw and baked beans for our Christmas party. Everything was 5 stars, including the packaging and the service. We will be back FOR SURE!

Love the ribs and baked beans. The house sauce is perfect, so when i say the following, its not about the food or service. Probably just me but the menu is confusing. Don’t get me wrong, everything is good and fast. I just cant “digest” the menu. They have combos and specials, and promotions and stuff for certain days of the week, month or year. Posters in the windows, on walls and buffet glass etc. Im 61, I guess I just need time figuring what I want with side choices to make combos or dinners. Last time I ordered, I saw that I could’ve added something else to my order, for same price. (,or something like that) and I just said, we’ll maybe next time ill remember. Lol so, go there, grab a paper menu, look around, and put something together before ordering. Its worth it. I actually drive 45 minutes,round trip, to get there food.

Don’t let the serious look on my face confuse you, I was all smiles inside when I was looking at this beautiful sandwich! I happened to be in West Bend right at lunch time and decided it was high time for me to stop in at Billy Sims BBQ. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced the food was.
The Triple 20 Signature Sandwich, it’s loaded with some tasty pulled pork drizzled with Billy’s Secret Sauce, and covered with coleslaw & provolone ! YUM Warning once you pick this sandwich up, just plan on finishing it. So good you won’t want to put it down. Make sure you grab a few napkins, I made it through only using two.
Added Billy Baked Beans and Mac N Cheese on the side and it was right on. Don’t pass up the sides.
Like always save room for dessert or get one to go! I grabbed a Banana Wafer Stacker, took it to go but snuck a few bites so I could let you all know it is a great treat at the end of a delicious meal.
