Some friends of ours moved out to Norwalk many years ago and we always make it a point to go and visit at least twice a year. This time they took us to a wonderful place that their neighbor owns called The Spread and what a wonderful brunch we had!! It was a beautiful day and from start to finish it was a wonderful dining experience. The food had a wonderful Mediterranean flare and dishes on it that were very well prepared and put together. The drinks and the Bloody Marys were perfection and the service was outstanding thank you again for such a lovely brunch!!!

This past weekend, we celebrated the wedding of my son & his wife at The Spread. Fifty people gathered in their outdoor space, warmed by a fireplace, with the magical ambiance enhanced by white twinkling lights. The management & staff were incredible, the service was terrific, the food was exceptional and it all added up to a night we won’t forget. Thanks to all of you!

Service was fairly well timed and pretty good. The pasta was delicious, but the steak was ordered med-rare and came with one half of it severely undercooked. They then took the half-steak back and then served it up again very poorly re-cooked with no utensils. Not sure if we would come back because that kind of ruined the experience.

Industrial Chic. I am ecstatic to share my experience at this gem, tucked in behind the Iron Works building in Sono. It’s the Soho of its city. We began with the Forbidden Fruit cocktail, met with a complimentary shot, courtesy of our gracious host. Second it with a red snapper fish taco and topped it with maiz , “street corn.” The ambiance is adorned with exposed beam and industry interior for a very rustic feel. Enjoy the music and knowledgeable staff.

Great food, good service and decent prices. Went on a double date with some friends. The Brussels Sprouts and grilled oysters were absolutely delicious. The drinks were tasty. I was a little disappointed with the scallops, four medium scallops for $29…but overall had a wonderful experience. Will definitely be returning.

Aug 2023 our 1st time here, and it was late in the evening. Immediately upon entering, it felt like a European venue. Rustic, casual, comfy, yet great quality food and superb service. The drinks and food came out fast and everything was on par.
March 2, 2024 came back around 4pm and once again, great service, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly.

Lovely service, music covers by two talented musicians that was really good, yet also not too loud to impede conversation. But the absolute standout, as always, is the brick chicken. It’s the only thing I ever get because it is simply the best roast chicken I have ever had – so flavorful, with crispy skin over a bed of polenta with amazing gravy. It’s mind boggling good.

Beautiful space and a wide range of options on the menu. We were about 12 people for brunch, and the unlimited mimosa option was great.
