The service here is amazing. I love Lisa the owner, she always makes customers feel welcome, and the waitress (Chloe) is always on top of it. Knows so much about the food and explained the menu when i went in with my family knowing nothing about this style of food! All of the staff here are so nice and the food is incredible, even the staff who work in the back are always so polite. Love it!!!

Great food, wonderful owner! I got stuck on project in Pueblo for long time. I had lunch there dozens of times. Love their crab cakes (best ones I ever tried, and I beliave me I tried lots of them around globe!) I also love their Lobster bisque. I kept recommending this place to lots of coworkers and all of them liked it and kept coming back. If owner sees you often enough you will get free deserts and hugs 🙂

BEST FISH I EVER ATE!!! I’ve never had Cat Fish before and today they had a special so I tried it. It was so delicious that it has risen in rank above my #1 favorite food which is crab legs. This place is located close to the I-25 6th St. off ramp as well as the City Center off ramp. You must try this place it’s awesome!

The best, and only, New Orleans-style restaurant in Pueblo. I’ve eaten here several times and never had a bad meal. I recommend a po’ boy, the jambalaya, and my favorite, the crawfish etouffee. Their deserts are awesome too. This is a locally owned restaurant, the owner is there every day making sure the food is good, and they really show an appreciation for your business. Highly recommend!

So, we were driving around and noticed this place. We decided to come back and try it, and I’m so very glad we did. Don’t be fooled by the unassuming storefront. This place has awesome, authentic food. I grew up in the South, and have eaten in LA, and in New Orleans many times. The fried okra was battered and seasoned perfectly. The fried oysters po-boy was perfect. Light and crispy, and a huge portion. The crawfish etouffee was spicy, savory and full of meat, with a nice amount of rice. The staff were friendly and attentive, even coming by after the meal to chat and help box up the leftovers. We enjoyed our experience, and will be back again.

Very good food. I have nerer traveled to New Orleans so I can’t vouch for authenticity, but the food is definately worth coming back for. I was lucky enough to recieve a complementary bread pudding which was one of the best desserts I have tried (and I have tried my share of bread puddings). The service has always been prompt and very cheerful.

We have been to New Orleans and live 100 miles from Pueblo. We heard about Enclades and couldn’t wait to try eating there. We make this as our place to eat when in Pueblo and have never been disappointed. The crawfish ettoufee is the best and top off with the bread pudding or pecan pie and your mouth and tummy will thank you. The friendly service and owner make you feel at home.

Absolutely the best place to eat in Pueblo! I have visited for lunch on 4 separate occasions and each time I have tried something new. Frog legs, lobster bisque, cat fish, shrimp po-boy, muffuletta, chocolate peanut butter cheesecake, bread pudding; OH MY WONDERFUL WORD! I’m getting hungry right now!
Setting aside the delicious food, the service on all 4 occasions was outstanding! Lisa, the owner, is amazing. Her passion is as evident as the New Orleans ambience. Her happiness is infectious. Everyone who walks thtough the door becomes family. Expect a hug from her, because she means it! Pueblo has been blessed by her bringing this business here. Katrina, the cook’s talent is unfathomable. They just continue to produce great food at a good price in a unmistakably welcoming environment.
