Made an online app order today and never received my food. I parked at a stall after a bit of miscommunication. They asked if I checked in but the app doesn’t have a check in function, only instructions on how to park at a stall and hit the red button. The female worker asked for my name and I could hear her muttering about too many online orders…waited for half an hour and no food yet…not even an update on how much longer it would take. Decided to leave and will dispute the purchase with my bank. I will never return to this location again(or any other sonic for that matter)! Zero stars if possible!

Went for a quick ice cream trip. Ordered 4 Sonic blasts. The place was not busy just a couple of cars in the stalls and drive-thru. It took 30 minutes to get the ice cream. The card reader didn’t work at the stall so the lady worker took my card inside. After 8 minutes I had to buzz the call button and ask them to return my card. It took almost 45 minutes to get 4 ice creams and for us to get out of there. The last 3 times I’ve visited this Sonic it’s the same thing. Not busy and the service is insufferably slow. Used to be the best Sonic in town.

Every time I come to this location ALL THE STALLS ARE OFF AND broken .. They legit send everyone to the drive threw line to pickup an order that’s already ready I have to rewarm up my food all the time here

The drive-through cashier was so rude, it’s not our fault you work at sonic if you hate your job so much then get a different job so don’t take it out on the customers when we’re not even being rude to you back

Very happy with my experience with this location! Went to White Ln. first and was let down heavily and this location really made up for it. The employees (although a bit short staffed) were very kind and patient and took their time and our drinks came out perfect! Tysm to the employees working here :)!! Coming here from now on!

Everyone is great and works hard even if short staffed. If you put in the right stall number on mobile orders they will come correct and if you have kindness and patience it always works out! Worth it when GM Jessica and manager payson are there BUT down side “big” Myrna is rude and needs an attitude adjustment.

The girl at the drive thru window was not polite at all. She had zero enthusiasm. My son ordered a chili fry and this wouldn’t fill up a toddler it was hilarious let’s just say.

I waited 19 minutes for my food and the store was dead (no customers). I only had 5 items. All food items too. The corn dog I had wasn’t even cooked all the way and was cold. The 2 burgers that I got were messed up and didn’t even have what I requested on them. They weren’t even good either. The only thing I got that was fresh were my small tots and small popcorn chicken. If it takes that long to get just 5 items and for them to not have everything fresh… I will never come back again.

Lady was so rude and cursed under her breath because my daughter accidentally dropped a penny. Got our order wrong and shorted us a drink. We waited over 20 minutes for our food and it was barely edible.
