I walked in to pick up a pizza I ordered online, as I was the only customer in the building at the time…waited a minute or so, as I watched everyone playing on their cell phones or just talking. Then, one older lady came out with an attitude when I stated I was here for a pick-up.
Ordered regular jalapenos on the pizza and jeeeezuuuuus h….someone does not know what a regular order of toppings looks like.
The pizza was waaaay undercooked as well. You get what you pay for I suppose. Buck’s hails Supreme!!!

Be prepared to wait 45-60 minutes for the “hot and ready” pizza. Ridiculous waits every single time even when ordering ahead. Not worth it even though the pizza actually tastes good.

I go into the store. They say the only thing they have ready is one cheese pizza. Nobody goes here looking for quality food, but it’s supposed to be hot and it’s supposed to be ready. No pepperoni pizza is ready.
So I take the cheese because it’s all they have. Get all the way home just to figure out that it’s been burnt and somehow it’s cold after a five minute drive home. Well, at least we have crazy bread, But that was so cold when they put the butter on it it didn’t even melt.

I come here often and unlike most pizza places in the area the staff is quick and very accommodating. Wait times can get high but when ever there is a problem the staff is always finding ways to help and resolve the problems. Food is also much better than other Little Caesars in the surrounding areas like Garth.

Every time I order from here mostly on Sundays it is awesome my pizza has toppings on it not just in one spot it’s actually a pizza. Always warm fresh the employees make sure you’re taken care of. Hats off to Little Caesars employees & thank you.

Tried calling in an order. I was on hold for 10 min. I figured they were slammed busy, no big deal. But I pulled up and the place is empty. I tried calling again I watch some one answer the phone and hang it up. Terrible service. Let’s do better guys.

I come here very frequently and usually they are busy during the dinner hours even when they are busy the staff is very accommodating and apologetic about the wait. I’d rather this store than any other in the franchise and places like bucks, Domino’s, Pizza Hut and others.

I frequent this chain of restaurants due to the affordable price for my big family. I usually can expect a mediocre pizza that is all wet and sticky due to the way they heat them and keep them in those racks. To my surprise this location has the best so far. It’s crispy and and tastes amazing. I was really surprised. I love on the other side of town and now make that almost 30 min drive to get food from here. Thank you to the staff that was pleasant as well.
