I have been a fan of Club Forrest for the last decade since I first stumbled across it. Since the new owner have taken over i have not a bad thing to say. Awesome new menu items and a always friendly staff. One of the best fish fry’s in the state, and that french onion soup is absolutely amazing!!! We will continue to be a very satisfied customer!

Went about 4:30 on a Saturday, just before dinner hour. As we left, it really started to fill up. We met friends from WI Rapids so the location worked great for both of us.
The service was great. Our waitress friendly and the food was fast. Tried the garlic cheese curds. They’re a must if you like garlic and cheese. Lol My husband ordered their special burger which was a stroganoff burger. Said if as great. I had the bacon cheese burger. Substituted Swiss for cheddar. It was amazing. A huge burger, char broiled with caramelized onions. Soooo tasty! Our friends shared a pizza that was plenty big for two people, with some to take home!
Plenty of seating, either in the bar or in the dining area. Also outdoor seating.
First time here – won’t be the last!

We had an excellent experience at Club Forest for their Friday Fish night. Dave had the walleye special and I had the shrimp dinner. Both were so good! Love that they are using a different type of oil to deep fry the food – there was no oily after taste. Loved everything! Ran into sooo many people we knew too!! We’ll go back!!

Fish was excellent, but was surprised when I got my bill and was charged $2 for tarter sauce because I needed more, $1 each for drawn butter for the baked fish, and $1 for sour cream for my potatoes. I just wish the waitress would have told me I was being charged when I asked for it.

Best French Onion Soup in the area! Oh and…I’m very picky about my fish fry, they have the best also, and the best tartar sauce ever!! Please take time to visit them, you won’t be disappointed!!

Great staff that was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They handled the Friday crowd well and didn’t seem to get flustered at all when the crowd picked up. I got the combo (shrimp and fish). The Fish was done right. Big shrimp and tasty coleslaw. The batter was a THICK beer batter type, which is heavier than I like. Less one star for the paper plates and cutlery.

Great food,drinks and staff. We had a group there for the fish fry and it was amazing. The fish was delicious and they have great mashed potatoes. The cajun crab dip and cheese curds were great as well. I think we found our new favorite fish fry spot. We will DEFINITELY be back.
