Been coming for a while for pickup but had to write a review cause these are genuinely some of the best pizza shop sandwiches I’ve had period ! More than generous portions and incredible quality every time. Nicest people in there too definitely recommend to anyone in town looking for an amazing meal and an inviting atmosphere each visit.

Just another failed restaurant and owner going bankrupt. Place used to be amazing years ago. Not anymore. Make some meh frozen pizza and throw $30 in the trash. Same experience. Their driver delivered our pizza and he must have dropped it and sat on it?? What kind of people do you hire. I guess the bankruptcy is an answer. Allows the guy to close poor performing restaurant and get out of the leases? We shall see.

Incredibly disappointing food. No one I was with could finish what they got. My mom got some pasta that she ate two bites of. Somehow it was both dry and mushy at the same time. The onion rings tasted like they were fried in old grease, and my brother got claim chowder which had him feeling a little uneasy for a couple days. Overall just a bad experience.

Forgoing how our order was taken over the phone, 2 hours later (with no call to us, us calling to check in and a vague response of “we had problems”) we finally received our order. No Buffalo sauce that we ordered for the wings, burnt cheesy garlic bread, soggy fries (we were celebrating our honeymoon 2 blocks away, ordered from here because it should’ve been quick. No reason for the fries to get soggy that quick). The pizza was good. If you’re starving, it works.

I’ve had both the best experiences here and also some less than satisfactory issues with delivery and food. I believe they’ve had some issues with staffing over the last few years, which has unfortunate. Their food can be exceptional.

Staffing problems have been resolved, and A1 are back their friendly and helpful ways. Did I forget to mention exceptional mly delicious food. In all truth, I partly go for the pinball and Jukebox, but don’t tell the wife. Always an interesting experience. Check them out you’ll be glad you did.

I read the reviews on yelp for A1 pizza I was a little surprised because I have been eating at A1 pizza for more than 30 years. I happened to notice that the photo of the restaurant in the review was not A1. If you are Going to provide A1 with a poor review, please ensure that you are eating at the correct establishment.
I spoke with the owner and his staff. They are amazing. Extremely friendly, very helpful and I watched the pizza making process. I was very impressed with their service and their willingness to allow me to watch what they are doing. I also tried their tzatziki sauce. They were providing patrons a sample today. It is absolutely amazing. You should try it when you go.
Free sample of their new menu item, chicken salad. It is fresh, homemade and to die for.
