I always go here with my family but recently started to go with my coworker after work since we both work together. We go in our uniforms and usually we get stares or weird looks but here we always get treated right no matter how we look. This time we got an amazing server named max, she was amazing so kind so generous with us. Always making sure we are good and if we need refill very attentive to us. She even packed up our food. Which is a first cause no other server has done this. But come to max she is amazing me and my coworker love love her. I hope to see her again when I come back. She is a delight and overall wonderful 10/10.

Ok this is not really Italian food. I only eat here when I’m somewhere that doesn’t have much in the way of non chain restaurants. But the real benefit is how damn cheap the place is for what you get. Of course prices vary by location. Here in San Bernardino a Tito Martini was all of $8.50!! They give you enough of those soft breadsticks to put you in a carb coma. And the huge all you can eat salad bowl with that slightly cheesy vinaigrette. A passable spaghetti and meatballs. I mean Al Dente is not something they do here. All that for $30! Plus I had the sweetest most efficient and hard working server I think I’ve ever had. Come here and sit in Angel’s station. She really is an angel and she made the Olive Garden a five star experience. And try the chocolate lasagna for dessert. Just make sure you have four people to share it.

It was Valentines day & reservations weren’t available, so we arrived at about 3:20 p.m. & saw an overflow of folks milling around outside. Checked with receptionist & went to the bar to wait, & were told we could eat at the bar. Waiter was awesome & we had a great gluten free meal. It was a bit cold, but enjoyed the event. Kudos to Oscar for making it special.

Always come here, usually good service, not this time. The food itself was pretty good until we found a spider in our salad. I informed the waitress, her name was Jackie, about it and she was like “It’s just a gnat.” It’s not a gnat. She didn’t care that we could’ve swallowed it, now I question what else I could’ve eaten other than that salad. Here are photos and videos. It’s sad because this was my go to Olive Garden, but not anymore.

Idk where to begin. A couple of weeks ago I went to Olive Garden in Rialto and unfortunately got food poisoning, to make it right the manager offered me a gift card and told me to give them another try. I was super hesitant but gave it another go at a different location and it was a BIG mistake.
Sitting was fast! My problem was with the waiter, long waits for food and the lies he was telling.
My friend and I were seated at 6 and food didn’t come out to 6:55/7, we ordered 2 entrees(nothing fancy).
After dinner we decided to order dessert. We wanted the chocolate lasagna but the waiter said it was frozen and needed to be put under the light to warm up. We agreed to wait. After about 15-20 mins he came out to inform us that they had no Chocolate lasagna and asked if we wanted something else. His 1st lie because what was the point of saying he did something when he clearly didn’t.
We ordered the donuts w/ chocolate sauce per his suggestion. HE NEVER PUT THE ORDER IN!!! My friend and I waited 45mins for some donuts. If I didn’t already pay, I woulda serious left. Lie 2
The manager offered no resolution. We weren’t the only ones with horrible service either. The table over was getting a giftcard for a sorry. Another table was complaining because the server wasn’t answering the call button on the table kiosk.
It was kids crying, a family had their toddler laid out on the floor. Olive Garden did absolutely NOTHING.
The Ravoli was okay, it honestly tastes just like the tortellini.
O & I asked for 2 orders of breadsticks and Alfredo sauce to go and the waiter brung back one order.

My Husband ordered online for a family plate of Chicken Alfredo, breadsticks and mozzarella sticks. It was ordered on 12/31 around 7:30pm, emailed said order would be ready at 8:30pm. Parking lot for pickup was full, so he went inside. He asked hostess (3 of them standing up front) where to go and their response was get in line of approximately 20 other people waiting for pick up.
The restaurant itself was not very busy. Seems like only 1 person was actually handling the togo and delivery orders. No communication, no apologies, staff ignoring guests until around 9:15pm. Around 9:25, someone finally offers a drink. Order comes out at 9:30pm, happy it was checked there cause no chicken with the chicken alfredo. So more waiting. Finally my husband gets back to hotel and we notice the portions are much smaller than we expected and have received in past from other Olive Garden’s.
Communication could have made a better experience and not messing up on the order. Also with so many people standing around wouldn’t it make sense to have hostess assist in getting the customers name? Or possibly having the manager assist the one guy running around handling the orders. In the end, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. Joel’s exceptional service was a highlight – he was attentive and incredibly kind throughout our meal. The food was not only delicious but also accompanied by Joel’s constant attention to our salad and drink needs. What impressed me the most was how quickly the appetizer was served, which was a lifesaver as we were quite hungry. Their pumpkin cheesecake was a highlight; I recommend it. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and dining experience. We’ll definitely be returning soon!
