Never again am I coming here! The bagel is like rubber the egg and cheese is from Dunkin’ Donuts, all that for $7.45 jeez. Seed bagel right up the street is fresh real bagels real egg and real cheese for only 8.45 a dollar more

I stopped by Bruegger’s Bagels in Glastonbury, CT today on Christmas Eve to pick up bagels for my corporate office. It was understandably very busy, and the employees were clearly under a lot of pressure. Most of the staff were doing their best to help customers and keep things moving. Unfortunately, one employee, Ashley, was extremely rude not only to customers, but also to her own coworkers who were trying to help manage the rush. No customers were being loud or disrespectful, yet she was yelling and raising her voice repeatedly over the fact that certain bagels were unavailable. A simple, polite explanation of what options were left would’ve been enough, rather than screaming at everyone. It was uncomfortable to witness, and it was clear her behavior was negatively affecting both customers and her coworkers. You could see how upset and discouraged the rest of the staff felt. Even when a manager walked in and attempted to tell her “shh”, the behavior continued. This was especially disappointing to experience on Christmas Eve. I understand holiday stress happens, but being professional and having basic respect go a long way especially towards coworkers who are working just as hard.

Ordered through the drive-through, a sausage 2 eggs and cheese on a plain bagel. Received a bacon 1 egg and cheese on a plain bagel. This is the second time this has happened recently. Ridiculous to have a long wait time, continuously mess up orders, and then still expect a tip in the drive-through. I used to enjoy coming here but this place is now the worst. Will not be coming back.

Am I in a Dr. Seuss book? Why were my eggs GREEN?? I cook all the time and let me tell you my eggs never look like this. Maybe if the eggs tasted fine I wouldn’t leave a review, but paying almost $8 for an egg sandwich with some green and horrible tasting eggs is unacceptable.

I went in to the Glastonbury CT location to order an egg bagel. I was told they have no more eggs available because they close in 30 minutes. The employee was very loud and rude and I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The funny thing is for all she k ows I could be the new district manager. Now that would be funny. I will NEVER EVER WALK INTO THEIR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.

this was the most disgusting food I’ve ever had. the eggs looked like they had been dragged on the floor, had eggshells in the sandwich & the bacon was so undercooked it looked like roast beef. I don’t have a car so I couldn’t return the food. they should be ashamed of themselves serving what they gave me.

Great food, terrible service. Just wanted a bagel with cream cheese, but at only 11am they were out of all of the good flavored bagels. Why the heck not make more? Running out of the same flavors every morning, you could actually sell more if you have more. And then the kids working there are so rude, and they dont even check to see if they have the bagels available until you get to the window and then you have to wait even longer. But certainly tasty. $8 feels like I was overcharged for 1 bagel w/creamcheese

Jennifer was outstanding! When I came in and my favorite bagel flavor was out, she offered to bake a batch for me if I’d return in 20 minutes. When the cashier mixed up my order with another bag (I discovered this after I was home and couldn’t return), she apologized, was friendly and compassionate, and gave me my original order with a bonus bagel. Superb customer service, especially for fast food. Love Bruegger’s!!
