Everything 10/10 from start to finish. Emma was AMAZING. She is a natural and although she was so busy and didn’t stop for a minute, she stayed professional, calm, friendly and had all of the small details covered from hanging up the coats on arrival to having a happy birthday dessert come out as a surprise at the very end. Best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Thank you Emma!

Fantastic meal and brilliant service!
We had a wonderful evening at Miller & Carter Coventry. The food was absolutely spot-on. We ordered the Wagyu sirloin, cooked perfectly and bursting with flavour. The steaks were tender, beautifully presented with peppercorn sauce and fried onion, and paired perfectly with the cheesy cabbage and fresh vegetables.
We also had lobster tails and sides of buttered mushrooms, seasonal greens, and roasted veg — everything was fresh, well seasoned, and served piping hot.
Desserts were equally impressive: the chocolate brownie, crème brûlée, and raspberry sorbet were all delicious, and the cocktails (especially the espresso martini!) finished the meal beautifully.
Service was friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed. The relaxed, elegant atmosphere made it a lovely evening from start to finish.
Highly recommend this branch, it was excellent, and the perfect place if you appreciate great steak and quality service.

What a lovely experience we had at Miller & Carter in Coventry! Our waitress Emma was knowledgeable about the menu, answering all of our American questions, and service was speedy, with no wait between courses. She was quick to clear our plates and personable, asking about our homes!

As soon as we were seated, she came over with a warm, welcoming smile and introduced herself, instantly putting us at ease. Her service was attentive without being intrusive, and she struck the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness.
I have a milk allergy, and Emma was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring. She confidently talked me through the menu, clearly understanding the ingredients and preparation methods, and made brilliant recommendations that I could enjoy without any worry. It made such a difference to feel completely confident in what I was ordering.
And I have to mention the wine recommendation – Emma clearly knows her stuff! Let’s just say she suggested a bottle that was so good, we briefly considered asking her to plan all our future evenings out.
