Run away.
What a disappointment! This is not a Neapolitan pizza. The foundation of a Neapolitan pizza is the dough. Here, the dough is clearly pre-flattened and, I assume, rolled out with a machine or a rolling pin.
In short, a real disappointment, especially for such an expensive price.
If you want a real Neapolitan pizza, definitely don’t come here. Spend your money at the fast-food places nearby instead — at least they don’t lie about what they’re selling.
Honestly, this is not a good product at all.

It was advertised as “Neapolitan pizza,” but FYI, my European friends, it definitely is not. The edges were almost burned, while the inside was still very chewy and undercooked. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing, especially considering the pizza costs five times more than an authentic pizza in Italy—but I guess that is LA airport prices. It also took 25 minutes to get the pizza, which is way too long for an airport meal. The water was almost $6. I would not recommend this place.

Waited an hour long for this not even well cooked pizza. Literally tastes like uncooked dough. And not that much of toppings either

1 star is a bit harsh. It is an airport.
The pizza is good but definitely not neopolitan. The base is thick.

It did take a long time for a margi and pepperoni slice. But the guy behind the counter wasnt rude at all. It is a little pricey but again its in an airport.

If you really want pizza this is your best bet

For a Pizza in a pinch at the Airport, this isn’t too bad. It’s expensive but it’s the price you will pay for the location. Not the worst pizza I’ve had.

This is not Neapolitan pizza. The mozzarella is an embarrassment and the dough is sub par. When you are stuck in the airport the choices are minimal

Why does airport food have to be so horrendous? I just don’t understand how any business can survive with such horrible food. Will never order it again. I’m sure you will do better with the Umami burger next door

Had pizza here — the taste was decent, especially since we were quite hungry and rushing to catch our flight. A bit on the pricey side, but not bad overall.

Decent pizza, airport prices— of course: waited 20 minutes for 2 slices, one father was burnt.

This pizza is the worst I’ve ever had in my life. With tip and a drink it was over $40! I ate half a slice and threw it away. The texture of the dough was not pleasant and all of the topping was dumped in the centre
Not only was my pizza burnt around the edges but tasted of ash like it was cooked in a poorly maintained oven.
Would have been zero stars but the Fanta orange was good.
