Very family friendly environment hawaiian spot perched on top of a hill. I ordered the seared ahi tuna belly with Mac salad and green salad. The combination of all three things tasted amazing. Even the oil they fried it on tasted good. Staff was very nice and greated me when I walked in. They have daily specials everyday. I will definitely be back to try to 3 scoops of poke plate or the daily specials.

Worth the money! Big scoops of fish. Poke plate definitely is the way to go. Garlic shrimp is just lacking a little garlic flavor. Overall very good experience.

Very fresh and tasty fish! Super fast and friendly customer service. I split the largest size (3 scoops of poke) with my girlfriend and it was enough to fill us both for about 12$ each. I would recommend sharing as the portion size is big!

We went here for an early lunch on a weekday and it was pretty empty upon arrival. It got busy soon after. I would say half the people ordered to go. They have a small seating area in the back and barstools seating in the front, with some small tables outside as well.

The poke bowls were made to order. My friend enjoyed it though she said she wished there was more toppings like other poke places. I ordered their volcano shrimp tacos and that was pretty tasty. Mine had flour tortillas. It looked freshly made but I wish it was double layered because the tacos were getting wet and falling apart towards the end.
Another friend had their grilled fish tacos and she liked it too. Hers came with corn tortillas. Ordered the spam musubi as well. Wish the spam was a little thicker with all that rice.

This is a nice small seafood place in an area usually devoid of seafood. The salmon poke was fresh and flavorful. I liked the sauce on the blackened fish tacos. Very nice indoor seating with large windows and green space. Quick and friendly service. We’ll be back!

Disappointing. I finally realized the poway location was open, so i pulled over and checked it out. I got a few medium bowls, mac salad, and some musubi’s to go. The rice in the 3 bowls was terrible / inedible. It was like they combined left over under cooked rice with left over over cooked rice. It was so bad i had to make my own rice at home to eat the poke. The poke was blah tasting and the mac salad tasted like pure mayo. I really like the Mira Mesa location. The Poway location didn’t live up to the standards. I will give the place ome more chance before I give up.

Hands down the best poke in San Diego. Always fresh. Great mix of classic staples and new flavor twists. Portions are generous and the pricing is fair. They incorporate customer feedback and try new menu items (like Tofu Musubi for example)!

Hawaiian Fresh Seafood is one of our favorite San Diego places for authentic hawaiian poke. They are traditional so there are less topping options (unlike Poke One and Half) but the fresh fish more than makes up for it. Our favorites are the Garlic Salmon and Shoyu Ahi. This place is generous with their fish for Poke Plates so I always end up sharing with my wife. They also sell amazing Ube Mochi Cookies from Caked. I’m not a huge cookie or sweets person, so these are perfect balance.
