My husband was at work and ordered pizza for me and the kids, when we received it I noticed it was very overcooked, but he had spent his money so we ate it! However when my husband came home he was not happy and stated that this quality was unacceptable especially because we paid our money, when he called the store so they could rectify the situation the employee was extremely rude and very dismissive! We order from dominoes all the time and our very dissatisfied with our service today!

In this particular Domino’s you will find Jackson and a team full of kind, courteous, and friendly neighborhood pizza enthusiasts.
I have personally gone to this location for delivery and carryout and have always had great experiences with the food, people, and service.
I was pleasantly surprised to know that Jackson and the staff remembered who I was, and took the time to talk with me and connect.

I would give 0 stars but it’s not an option. These people pretend to deliver your food then lie about it. When you call in they laugh at you and then the manager accuses you of lying and screams at you before hanging up. I’ve never been treated so awfully by a person supposed to be working in customer service in my life. She doesn’t let you get a word in edgewise, doesn’t listen, doesn’t apologize, doesn’t offer alternative solutions and talks over you. She has zero compassion or understanding and defaults to a combative and insulting attitude and even accused me of lying. Why would I prepay through an app and tip the driver 25% to drive less than three miles for a delivery and then lie about receiving it? All she had to do was apologize and say that they would have it right out to me, but instead…she just had to accuse the customer of lying and argue to win, not to make the customer happy. A person like that will hemorrhage money out of a business. Overall terrible experience and I’m honestly in shock but hey, at least the “manager” got the last word and the opportunity to feel like a hard ass in front of her laughing employees.

The older gentleman who’s working right now is very kind and does an amazing job. The mouth on the woman who is working this morning is crazy though. Hearing her complaining about making heart shape pizzas and calling customers dumbasses for asking is really wild stuff. She knew I was sitting a couple feet in front of her. I get being busy but there isn’t an ounce of consideration of what she says or how she says it. Either needs some training or an attitude check.

I was surprised at what I saw…granted it was Supe Bowl Sunday. I think communication between staff and customers could have been more honest about the reality of wait time. They seemed to have bitten off more than they could chew that night.
Still the space was clean and the service when my order came up finally was solid.

Looks like they just spill the entire buffalo sauce bottle over our pizza. Rest of the order was fine but nobody checked with us if we were ok the way it was. I suppose somebody QC’d it before going out for delivery??? We didn’t send it back because we were really hungry to wait for a remake. UPDATE:
Couple days after received an email from somebody” in charge of many stores in the Midwest”. He told me to email them so they can have my info and make it up to me for my unfortunate experience at the store. After sending the email he asked me again to send which store I was referring to and never contacted me back again. this is how they are trying to make me forget about it. Funny how the bar experience have name of actual people and the 5 star review are from Google Users.
