Every time I go to this zaxbys, I am ready for my next visit. The restaurant is super clean and the food is amazing every single time. My order is always correct and the staff is super friendly. The cashier Ella was super helpful with my order last time, shout out to her. I will be back for my big Zax snack!

Really disappointed. Food was not very good. The signature chicken sandwich was suprisingly small and dripping with sauce. Three pickles stacked on top of one another. Just a really sloppy, dissapointing sandwich. I have only ate at Zaxbys twice and in my opinion it doesn’t even come close to Popeyes, KFC, or ChikFilAs chicken sandwiches, especially when there is no effort putting the sandwich together. Kids meals were a joke and the fries were so salty kids didn’t even finish there tiny portions. Sample size rice krispy treats are supposed to be a treat for kids? Too bad but I will not be back!

We ordered quite a bit of food and they didn’t realize that we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches till about 5 min after they dropped the first one. They gave us a free appetizer to hold us over. Great customer service and the food was great aswell

Beginning to figure out that Zaxby’s secret ingredient is salt. Woke up with powerful thirsts twice after a dinner of wings and things. Been a longtime fan of this meal. Always ordered Tongue Torch. Decided to try lemon pepper rub. Great taste, but I ordered traditional wings and received boneless, aka nuggets. Was parked as they prepared chicken I was told while 3 customers behind me received bags of food and left before I could. Pleasant staff. Just another fast food business that’s on a slow death course. Seems this is happening in most drive through. At almost $15 per order, you’d hope you would at least get what you ordered.

Absolutely unbelievably insanely good food wow oh my God it is so good. You should bring your entite extended family here especially if they like chicken because the chicken is wow so insanely good wow it is so good. One time when I came to Zaxby’s I got the chicken tacos and it was so incredible and I couldn’t contain how excited I was because it was so good and I started crying of pure joy. Thank you Zaxby’s God bless the incredible employees of this amazing restaurant. Especially the cashiers they are so great especially this one dude who is really cool who I keep forgetting the name of but he’s really cool and does really good work. I also have so many good ideas for chicken recipes so if Zaxby’s wanna hit me up then

It looks like a bite was taken out of my nibbler. I guess that’s why they’re called nibblers haha; bc the workers nibble on it when they make your food. Seriously though, I don’t like to complain often. But after pulling forward, away from the drive through window to wait only 30secs for my food to be ready, makes no sense as there was no line behind me! This requires the employee to walk far away from the kitchen to just hand me my food when I was already at the window, where the workers are and where the food is prepared. I just don’t understand why fast food places can’t seem to figure out how to efficiently get orders out. Nine times out of ten, I have no complaints from Zaxbys. And They are always very friendly. However, today I am rather upset with the quality of the food I received today. $15 for a meal that looks messed up. I won’t be ordering nibblers again.

Good food, clean place, thoughtful staff, but my order was wrong. I ordered wings and got the wrong sauce, no big deal just a disappointing mistake.

Would give the Boone, NC Zaxby’s zero stars if it were allowable in this app. Went there specifically to try the “Zaxville Hot Sandwich,” arriving about 8 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2019 to find only a handful of customers. In hindsight, maybe this should’ve told me something about this restaurant.
After placing my order, I filled my drink at the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine (the only positive part of this visit) and then sat and waited while watching for the order to be completed. After an extended wait, the counter crew finally called my order number. I retrieved the tray containing my order and returned to my table, only to find that the other member of my party was just about finished with his food, when he ordered immediately preceding me. Upon returning to the table, I looked at the sandwich I was given and found it only contained a minimal schmear of “Zaxville Hot sauce” on one side of the bun, unlike any of the promotional material for this item. I returned to the counter and explained to the counter crew that the sandwich needed more sauce, and they relayed the request to the kitchen crew who then wanted to argue that the sandwich had enough sauce on it. One of the counter staff then advised the kitchen staff that the sandwich was supposed to have sauce on both sides, to which they objected. The crew member that appeared to be in charge then asked if I’d like some sauce in a cup on the side, to which I replied “yes.” A member of the kitchen crew then slowly walked to the rear of the kitchen and later returned with a small sample cup that was less than 1/3 filled with sauce and tossed it onto the tray.
I’m unsure what the kitchen crew’s issue was in adding a little more sauce to this sandwich, or why it became such a big deal with them, but they definitely do not believe in the mantra that the customer is always right. They acted as if the cost of the Zaxville Hot sauce was deducted directly from their paychecks.
I will not be returning to the Boone, NC Zazby’s and find it difficult to understand how they manage to stay in business in a town with so many choices of other places to eat.
