In my opinion they need to take the slogan “HOT & READY” off of the building,website and any other place they proclaim to have this service….. 8 out 10 times i ho to get a “HOT & READY” pizza they don’t have anything ready….. It’s not just peek times it can be any random time day week…… is it just my bad luck or city does anyone else ever have this happen to them…..

Hot and ready… more like warm and prepare to wait. I don’t mind waiting a little longer for my food to be made in fact I prefer it, that says fresh to me but when I wait ten minutes past the pickup window and it’s not even hot…. I literally watched the employee put my order in the pick up box and I grabbed it immediately and took a bite right when I got in the car. Feel like you shouldn’t have to go home and finish baking the pizza. In fact it was hotter when I left it in the car to run into a store quick. The food quality is what you expect for the value but just finish cooking the pizza I’ll wait

Make sure to check your orders. I ordered ahead so it was in the machine. Everything had my stickers. Classic pepperoni…. got home and opened it up and it was a pepperoni,meatball and ham calzoni…. not sure how those got crossed… check your orders.

I walked inside this restaurant on a Wednesday evening because I was hungry and yearning for a Pretzel Crust Pizza also, because I wanted something to eat while I listened to my Anaheim Ducks playing hockey on the radio. I ordered a Pretzel Crust Pizza fresh out the oven and the girl who took my order said it would take fifteen to twenty minutes for it to be ready. I said “That’s okay I’ll wait.” and paid with my debit card. Me being my forgetful self I forgot to add a Cheezy Jalapeño dip to my order so I can dip my pretzel crust in. She gave it to me for free which was very kind and generous of her to do so she honestly didn’t have to. My pizza came out and was piping hot and was scrum dum delicious! I throughly enjoyed every slice of pizza. I will definitely come back here again if I’m in the mood for another yummy pizza from here no doubt.
