My second visit to Tapester’s Grill because I enjoyed it so much the first time. My chilaquiles are not the traditional style you expect, but I must admit, these are better! Almost like a nacho of sorts and very delicious. Black beans and cheese over chips and fresh onions etc are superb. A reason to come back and eat again. My guy enjoyed his eggs Benedict for sure; and especially happy he was able to enjoy the rest of my chilaquiles too- there was more than I could eat myself.

Food was good, Chicken Fried Chicken was good, maybe battered better, but taste was great. Green Beans and Mash was great! Fruit cup was ok Overall I will be back!

I ordered a side of onion rings and the bread pudding. The bread pudding tasted like a very sweet cake. Bread pudding had the consistency of a trece leche. I took 1 bite & left the whole thing on the table. The onion rings were on point. They appeared to be hand battered and had a great crunch. I’ll be back it’s a great spot.

Love this Grill!! Food was amazing!! Must try the Brunch Scampi and the Honey Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich. The hot and iced coffee was also the perfect amount of sweet. Staff were also amazing!!

I’ve upgraded the food tasting to 5 stars, because they’ve been getting better, it seems. I’ve loved their steaks and smothered chicken entrees, but surprise hits also included their Chilliquiles for brunch and simple spaghetti and meatballs with a divine sauce on Mondays. We go there about once a month or so, and I think it will take a while to try all the dishes.

We enjoyed the food here, but were taken aback by the additional credit card fee that was tacked onto our bill. Which we saw, and asked about. Given a $40 bill, for which we would normally have given a 20% tip = $48, it feels wrong to be charged $1.50 for a credit card fee. This left a bad taste in our mouth, that was not caused by the food.
The folk were friendly, the food was good, but the experience was (in total) so-so.

I couldn’t decide what to get here everything looked so good! I went with the bananas foster waffle and I did not regret it. They came with a caramel sauce. My wife got the breakfast with two eggs, sausage, hash browns, bread, and gravy. The bread and gravy was too much for her, but I wish we’d have taken that gravy to-go home with us!
I was happy with my choice of bananas foster. I loved the caramel sauce the waffles were served with, too. I only wish there had been more bananas. I also ordered the chai and it was so good I drank it most of it before my food was served. I especially loved the giant coffee cup it was served in. They also had TVs on and a cute Instagrammable wall.
We saw two different large tables of seniors — one talking about art, the other playing games. There were additional reserved tables, too. We were all served by Natalie who was just the sweetest. I also really loved how this place had a drive-thru. I’m not on this side of town often, but I’ll definitely be back here the next time I am!

Love this place! I have eaten here for brunch and dinner. I always have yummy food. Really love their taco salad. It comes in a crunchy tortilla bowl! My kids love the burger and Mac n cheese kids meals. They come with fruit, a drink, and a small piece of pumpkin cake.

I recently moved to Meyerland after searching in Houston for 3 years. This place was one of the reasons I moved there. They have pictures of the T-ball teams and local papers. You don’t see a lot of places like this in houston. Good food too

It’s a fun place to go and the food is very good. They offer a lot of fried foods and the hamburger and onion rings that I had were delicious. I don’t normally eat fried food so that was a bad choice for me. My stomach was upset the next day.
