We have been to many many Cracker Barrels over 30 plus years and I have to say this one is memorable – because it was “dirty” and the food was “sub par”. The table next to us was cleaned by a worker who left a lemon and paper from the straws on the table, food and crayons on the floor, menu on the floor etc. My husband and I sat there for most of our meal looking at this mess (I have pictures). The bathroom trash was overflowing with hand towels, soap residue on the sink. We could not wait to leave. Upon paying the cashier asked how everything was, I told him ” Not Good”…he did not ask me what was wrong!! Why bother asking me? I guess they only know how to respond to positive feedback. We will never go back to that Cracker Barrel again.

EDIT: My first impression was not good. But in less than a week the manager reached out to us and provided us with a very nice lunch to make up for their mistake. Service was friendly and helpful, and the food was fantastic. I unfortunately did not get the name of the 2 managers I spoke with today but they are doing a wonderful job. I look forward to returning.

Food quality has complete fallen apart. Been here twice in Jan 2026 for breakfast. Both times the biscuits were beige and borderline raw. Last trip my chicken-fried steak was soaked in old, dirty grease that left a mess all over the plate. Won’t go back unless they can do better. I miss when Cracker Barrel was a go-to spot with quality for a reasonable price.

My experience was pleasant. Even managers assisted me in retail finding a candle. My server Zander was spectacular and very attentive. Our food was delivered very quickly. We had a delicious breakfast. 🙂

Emmallee was fantastic. Absolutely great personality. Easy to get along with and funny, but also upfront and understanding when there was issues with a menu item or something was out of stock. GRAMPS, my sister, and I definitely left dinner happier then we had arrived. What ever she’s being paid, it’s not enough. A diamond in the rough, through and through.

Food: eggs not cooked as specified. I requested egg whites overhard. Sent them back 2xs, still undercooked. Bacon tasted like it had been sitting & was burnt sent back & replacement was somewhat better. The Cracker Barrels’ further south, the food is Always cooked better.
Server: Jamie was great and accommodating!
Atmosphere: I always like the old time feel. It’s very nostalgic. They had a 25% off sale on Valentine’s Day items & other stuff.

Our waitress Savannah P was absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. She checked on us just the right amount, made great recommendations, and had such a positive attitude. She truly made our meal even better. We’ll definitely be back!
