This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a 40 piece mixed bone-in and was given only 4 flats. It’s a poor practice to withhold the flats unless someone pays extra for all flats. I’ve said nothing the first 2 times, but it appears to be their standard practice to not send flats unless you pay extra. Also, when I called to inquire about it, I was cutoff in the middle of a sentence and placed on a 5 minute hold. He didn’t say anything, just clicked the hold button. We enjoy the actual food from WingStop but this is poor business.

Definitely the best location I’ve ate at! Food was fresh fries were nice and crispy not floppy! Also the employees were very nice! I normally don’t eat wing stop often because the staff are pretty rude at other locations but amazing here! I will definitely start coming back to this location more often!

This is the worst wing stop I have ever been to. The lack of customer service is the worst. They were busting their own music in the back of the kitchen for all customers to hear. When asking them to provide an itemized receipt, they couldn’t even do that. I paid over fifty dollars for food.In the end, the way it was everything should have been free!

You know whats sad? i have a Wingstop a mile from my house that has a really bad outside atmosphere (i dont live in the best part of town) and the Broken Arrow location is 12 miles from my house but the B.A location is the only one i will visit, the food is always awesome,they have the best lemon pepper wings Ive ever tasted and im a wing connoisseur extraordinaire.
Once the Right Wing closed down about 10 years ago Wingstop took their place, none else will do, the people in the B.A location are always nice and all are hard workers and really courteous, whoever manages that place knows what they are doing, thank you for a great experience.

I’m a delivery driver and I absolutely hate when I have to come here. Every single employee I’ve interacted with at this location is horribly rude. They always seem so inconvenienced to do their job. If you ask them a question, they roll their eyes or audibly sigh or completely just ignore you. There have been times I’ve had to go outside to get an employee because they’re making out th girls in the parking lot.
The kitchen is always blasting extremely vulgar music. I would prefer not to hear racial slurs and repeated swearing without my consent.
I’m also pretty sure they have never ever cleaned the soda machine in the lobby. It’s disgusting and sticky and it smells really bad.
Buffalo Wild Wings is just around the corner. Save yourself and just go there.

On December 19, 2025, I placed an online order of boneless and traditional wings for a party I was attending. The site allowed me to select a time and when I headed over, I had to wait 30 minutes for my order. I should have double checked then because the bag felt light but in a hurry… and when I got to the party and unpacked not even half of my order was there. I called and was told they could remake but it would take an hour. They offered an option of a refund, which I accepted. Since it was an online order, I was told the manager would have to initiate the refund process. I called multiple times and spoke to Charlie (?), who was friendly but had little follow through. I forwarded my receipt email by text and she said it had been submitted. After waiting a month, I emailed the address she gave me myself, requesting a refund. I received no reply and no refund. I paid for items that were never received. Almost 2 months later I am pretty sure that was all wasted effort! Their service is terrible! I will never visit a Wingstop again and will definitely head to BWW for my next party!
Update: After my review I was provided a contact email that did respond and immediately refunded the purchase. Thanks WingStop!

My family and I eat at the BA location on Lynn Lane EVERY week. It has gotten worse and worse. Tonight after 45 minutes they realized they lost our order. We asked repeatedly where our food was and the attendant just kept saying 5 more minutes, not even going to check to see that it was even in the works. No manager on duty to do a refund, supposedly. Very disappointing. All the tables were dirty and music way too loud.

We used to love Wing Stop and I never do restaurant reviews.
Decided to get some tonight on a whim because it’s been a while. I can honestly say the wings from anywhere else would be better. I’ve had wings from Zaxby’s and Mazzios in the past month. Both better and half the price of what this was.
What we got was overcooked to the point that the chicken seemed like jerky. Overpriced, in comparison to other wing spots and the ranch had a hint of a chlorine flavor, like maybe they bleached whatever the ranch is made in and didn’t rinse it out before making it.
I’d ask for my money back if i thought I’d get it.
Go somewhere else for wing night with the fam.

Ordered ” WELL DONE” fries with “EXTRA” seasoning.
I got soggy almost uncooked fries with no seasoning at all.
This location is a joke, I do not recommend getting food from here.

Same issue with this location again! Ordered “WELL DONE” Fries with extra seasoning and guess what I got. Uncooked soggy fries with barely any seasoning. Order was made at 2:40pm on 3/11/24. Terrible service, terrible food.

Tried to give them another shot and guess what..
Same issue with this location again! Ordered “WELL DONE” Fries with EXTRA seasoning and the cook that clearly doesn’t care about his orders sends me barely cooked soggy fries with NO SEASONING at all, not a drop. I ordered the Cajun corn also and that was terrible, COLD like they been sitting on a shelf all day.
Put their food exactly where it belongs, IN THE TRASH
WINGSTOP GM PLEASE TAKE ACTION! DO YOUR JOB! THIS LOCATION RECEIVES MULTIPLE BAD REVIEWS AND IS CONSTANTLY SERVING TERRIBLE FOOD QUALITY BUT NOTHING GETS DONE ABOUT IT.

The bbq & Asian inspired citrus sauces aren’t sweet at all. Bbq is more smokey than anything. The wings were overcooked and dry… even with the sauce. This place is not for me. It may be your cup of tea, or fry of wing. Idk
