I would have taken a picture of my traditional wings, but they were so delicious that I finished them quickly. They were crispy, hot, and had the perfect amount of sauce. They were much tastier than buffalo wild wings. I think I’ll order online or through the app next time. The person who took my order had dark hair and she was very nice and professional.

Terrible experience at this Wingstop on 12/23/2025. I placed an online pickup order and went inside to grab it after just getting out of the hospital, where I had been for days with my sick toddler. All I wanted was a decent meal that wasn’t hospital food so we could go home.
I spent about $50 on food, so there were several items in the bag. I noticed one item was incorrect and politely asked if it could just be remade. Instead of fixing the single item, the employee grabbed my entire bag of food and threw it away, then told me she was going to process a refund—even though I never asked for one.
This was extremely rude and unnecessary. I did not want a refund because that would mean waiting days for the money to return to my card and then having to pay all over again if I reordered. Meanwhile, my baby was crying because she was tired and hungry, and this situation made everything so much worse.
The lack of professionalism and basic common sense was shocking. Throwing away all of a customer’s food without consent is unacceptable. That employee should not be working in customer service. Very disappointed.

Like wow, dude. What in the heck does it take to receive an accurate order from this place? Ordered through Doordash & after the order was put through & I had gotten the notification that it was being prepared, I decided to call the restaurant just to kindly ask that I get all of the items I paid for. This was including 4 separate sauces & 2 fudge brownies. The girl that answered had an attitude & right away I was concerned. However, she did assure me that I should get all of my order, no problem. The food arrives, and guess what? Yep, 2 missing tenders, 2 missing sauces and 1 of the freaking brownies. Like are you forreal? I’m so done. And these are the people who are now demanding $20 bucks an hour. Yeah, okay.

About twice a year or so I cave to the free delivery promo and order boneless wings in a combo with fries and a drink (with extra cook time because I like super crispy wings). The wings? Usually ok. Usually no complaints. The fries? Always cold and soggy (even when extra cook time is requested). I maybe am able to eat 1/4th of them. Sometimes I just get veggies because I know the fries will be so terrible. The drink? I get it maybe once every two years. Usually it’s just … nowhere to be found with my delivery.
I also ask to have my delivery left at my side door, and usually it’s left at my front door or last time it was left at my neighbor’s front door…
The wings aren’t that good for all of the other annoyances.

Last time I ate from here my food took an extra 40 minutes and it was a grill cleaning bristle in my fries now today I order online my food took 30 minutes extra and they shorted me 2 tenders. I wanna support yall so bad but yall are making it so difficult! Flavors are good on the food just service and food safety is poor.

We order from this store often.Our order consists of through doordash a 40 pc wings plus a promo of 10pc boneless meal.
The meal arrived and we checked the bag only to have 16 lemon pepper and 7 louisiana rub and our 10 pc and the fries with veggies and the dressing. Due to the order being wrong we called the store spoke first to the lead manager who was unable to assist. Then the manager Marisol got in the phone.She blamed the missing food on the doordash driver both of them did. She didn’t want to replace what was lost she then hung up on us. We went to the store to confront and ask why she hung up and all we wanted was what we paid for $70 worth of food. She Marisola or whatever her name is, the MANAGER, argued with me and blamed the missing food on the door dash driver.I told them our package was secured and not messed with. Thank to The lead Manager Jermaine he fixed our order and gave good customer service. They need to fire that Manager she has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL! This not then first time on her watch we have had this problem!!!

Not a good Wingstop anymore. Food has declined seriously. Fries overcooked, cashier said they looked okay and they were clearly burnt. Maybe their grease needs to be changed but do they care? Of course not. Just serve customers whatever, it’s not like they’re spending their money right. The wings weren’t any better. Barely any garlic or parmesan on them. Save your money and nerves. Go to a different location.

Don’t bother placing an online order in advance, they won’t have it ready. People who walk in will get their food before you do, even if you placed your order literal HOURS before the pick-up time. The people working here could not care less about helping the customers. They will sit there texting instead of acknowledging you. The entire place absolutely reeks of weed. I’m not opposed to people smoking, but you have to stink up the place to pick up chicken? Heaven forbid people smoke at home after they pick their food up. The food is mediocre at best, horrible at worst. I’ve been here three times, twice the chicken was OK, but the fries were stone cold and so greasy they were wet. Once the chicken was absolutely swimming in oil. Anyone who wants to make a killing could open a wing place nearby, staff it with people who give a crap and serve just OK food. This place is a joke.
