I ordered the falafel gyro and it was HUGE and delicious!! The falafel was fresh and the dish was comparable to all the food I ate when I lived in the Middle East. I stayed in the restaurant and did some work because the atmosphere is warm, cozy, and comfortable – plus, they have complimentary coffee and tea. I would definitely recommend stopping in for a bite! All are welcome.

Super tasty food and great service! A group of us trudged through the snow from our hotel to eat a late lunch here before getting on our train out of town. The food was excellent and I didn’t need dinner later! The owner and his family were friendly and attentive and we felt welcome. The complimentary tea was a nice mix of mint and other flavors.

We were looking for a restaurant in the area and found this place on Google maps because of all the good reviews. I’m glad that we decided to come here for lunch.
We ordered at the counter with the friendly gentleman working there. Choose your own seats and they will bring your order to your table. Coffee and tea were complimentary.
I opted to do their crispy hot honey chicken combo that came with fries and a can of soda. I did enjoy it and the fries were good too. The chicken shawarma was also delicious and had a lot of nice flavors.
They carried RC cola products! Can’t remember the last time I’ve had one so that was fun.

I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!! I found this restaurant yesterday with some friends we were originally going to the shop next to this restaurant but it was closed so we ended up going to Liberty’s and let me tell yall! The food ? 1000/10 I ordered 2 Chicken Gyro and they were sooo good and my friend got a sandwich 1000/10 too. What made me love this shop more was all the art they have up on the wall with notes and reviews from people and they have beautiful paintings up and the owners are really sweet and kind hearted people. We had such a great experience here! I ordered the beef fusion gyro and my husband had the upside-down chicken maqluba. Both meals were absolutely delicious—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and far from your average gyro or wrap. I really appreciated the creative fusion because you can’t get that type of gyro anywhere.
The service was just as good as the food. Even when the restaurant was busy, they took the time over the phone to carefully explain the dishes and make sure we would get exactly what we wanted. That kind of thoughtful service made the whole experience even better.
Overall, flavorful food, warm service, and a unique menu. We’ll definitely be back!

We got the Lamb Maqluba and Chicken and Rice. Phenomenal!!! I know the Maqluba says Palestinian special on the menu, but we literally felt special eating it. Portions and prices are great. Service was wonderful. Super appreciated the complimentary mint tea. Most of all you can taste the love in the food. Truly a special spot to have here in WMass.

I came here to eat without super high expectations. I have eaten at many middle eastern restaurants and most are really good. Libertys was different as it was not good it was outstanding. You can tell attention to detail and love was put into everything they do. I ordered a chicken shawarma and it so flavorful and juicy. The amount of flavor and freshness was like nothing I ever had. I typically don’t eat that much but I also could not resist a good sub. I live in California where good subs are hard to come by. I ordered the half combo and once again i couldn’t get over how fresh and tasteful it. This was two weeks ago and I’m still thinking about it. The meat was fresh, as was all the veggies and of course the bread was soft and fresh as well . If you are within an hours drive of Libertys in Springfield MA I would highly recommend it. Excellent food and service. Please open one in Southern California.

Let me just start off by saying that the atmosphere in there is amazing I ran into very nice people, unfortunately because of my allergies I couldn’t try what I wanted to but on the other hand my husband and my son did and when I tell you that food looked amazing and he reassured me that it was more than amazing it was fantastic. To be honest the decor was fantastic it made me feel like I was experiencing another culture. To tell you that I can just sit there and chat with them and have a great time so I highly recommend that if you’re in the area go in there try something new. My son had the Philly and cheese steak grinder and he said that it was amazing. If I’m giving this an overall review on atmosphere food presentation I give it a 10. Come out of your comfort zone and try something new you’re not going to regret it. Shout out to Hannan☺️
