Stopped here for lunch and a pitstop during a drive from Idaho to Yellowstone and this place did not disappoint. The cheeseburgers were excellent and fresh, the cheesy fries were delicious. But the real star of the show (alongside the burgers) were the hand-spun milkshakes, they were to die for! Not to mention the prices were VERY cheap, you must come here if you’re in Butte or passing through that part of Montana.

Their was no wait to order. The staff was friendly and the food was great. Not expensive and definitely good quality and quantity for your buck. They do have restrooms its just not in the dining area.

This is how “Fast Food” should be. Fresh, and delicious, with quality and care that shows. Staff is kind and friendly. Got the #1 Combo, GET FRY SAUCE!! Also the Grape Lime Rickey, it’s full of sugar but so good.

Came in for lunch. Was greeted quickly by staff and asked if I knew what I would like to order. Took a minute as i hadn’t eaten here in quite a while. Ordered fish sandwich meal.
Food came out hot and could tell the fish hadn’t sat around on some heat lamp. Fries were hot and crispy. Forgot how well they do things here!

While RVing through Butte, we had lunch Royse’s Hamburgers, Shakes & More based on its Google ratings. The small dining area and drive-through were both busy at noon. We ordered the Butte Burger and Big Montana Burger—both essentially Big Mac copies with the extra bun layer and chopped lettuce. The burgers were OK, with unseasoned meat and a bland Thousand Island–style sauce, but the fries were Good and the best part of the meal. The inside area lacked much atmosphere, though it’s clearly a local favorite.

Wondering why they do not fry their hamburgers, the hamburger patties look like they have been heated in a microwave, kind of odd looking. Also the burgers were not terribly warm. Fries were excellent and a milkshake were superb.

We were excited to try such a cool, old school eatery! Grabbed dinner through the drive through and we aren’t disappointed. It reminded me of burgers and shakes with my dad when we were kids. A long enough wait to know they cooked your food and didn’t slip it together, fast enough to keep a high demand line moving. Delicious burgers, fries, chicken and shakes! Great staff! An awesome place to catch a bite in Butte!!
