If you’re in Austin and want a restaurant that truly exceeds expectations—especially for a hotel spot—Corinne Austin absolutely delivers.
The Buffalo cauliflower is a must-order. Perfectly crispy with just the right kick, it’s packed with flavor and anything but ordinary. The wild mushroom Bolognese is rich, hearty, and beautifully balanced — comforting without being heavy. Adding the meatballs on the side takes it to another level and makes the dish feel complete.

This dining experience was fantastic. Ellie is such an incredibly lady! She is sweet and kind and a gracious host at her job! The Filet Mignon with roasted mushrooms, asparagus, and mashed potatoes was delicious! The Parker hand rolls were to die for. So decadent and absolutely yummy. The Old Fashioned was seasonal with pumpkin, very smooth with a touch of sweetness. Finale had to be the Ooey Gooey cake with vanilla ice cream that was so good! I recommend anyone to come here and ask for Ellie to be your server. She is great! Thank you Austin for embracing me on my first time visiting the city.

Very comfortable and welcoming place. Elegant yet relaxed interior design. Food was excellent all around, starting with a bowl of parsnip soup, followed by the main courses of braised Wagyu beef and the mushroom Bolognese rigatoni pasta. We shared everything and it was the perfect amount of food for two people, and a lovely anniversary dinner. Our server Hunter was very thoughtful and genuine from start to finish, despite it being a very busy Friday night. Highly recommended! Chocolate Biscotti served with the creme brulee is outstanding.

Beautiful restaurant located inside the Marriott hotel. We had great drinks from the bar. The food is incredible! I had the half chicken with pommes puree and broccolini. So flavorful! My husband had the Braised wagyu and it was delicious! He ate every last bit of that plate! Lol. For desert we had the caramel bread pudding. It was thinner than expected but the flavor was out of this world! We thoroughly enjoyed our romantic evening. The restaurant is beautiful.

Ellie provided us with a great friendly service. Make us feel welcome. She assist me with my gluten free diet and help us with our options to enjoy our dinner experience. The food is amazing and tasty, we had avocado hummus, fish tacos replacing tprtilla with lettuce a. Wagyu burger with fresh fries. We end up with mango and raspberry sorbet. I have no doubt giving 5 stars to flavor, presentation, portions and menu. 10 starts to Eleanor “Ellie”. I will definitively will come back!

Usually leery of hotel restaurants- this is exceptional. Parsnip soup was intriguing and a lovely blendvof flavors. Braised Waygu and porkchop followed- both extremely good. Grilled asparagus as a side – perfectly cooked. Friendly efficient service. Top notch choice.

I ordered the 14 oz wagyu ribeye with red chili flake truffle butter and the shrimp on the side. For desert, I had vanilla creme brule with chocolate biscotti. Everything tasted great and Hunter was a good waiter.

Serive was quick and efficient. We tried the biscuits and the Chilaquiles Verdes. Biscuits were okay. A bit over done, hard and oily. The chilaquiles were good. The verde sauce was flavorful and so was the lime crema. Mimosa juice was fresh. A bit overpriced for a basic breakfast but better than IHop.

Okay food at a high price. The mushroom bologonese was pretty good, but it was $8 to add approximately 2 oz worth of chicken. The mushroom added a complexity to the dish that was much appreciated.
The bread pudding was a big disappointment. Not sure how it made it on the “best bread puddings of Austin” list, but it shouldn’t be.
If you are staying in the hotel for a business reason, it is a decent place to get food with coworkers. But if you are on your own dime, go elsewhere.
