I placed a mobile order just after the lobby closed for the night. I sat at the drive the speaker for 5 minutes. There were no costumers in the store or in the drive thru. I started saying hello to the speaker. About 3 minutes later a very rude voice asked how they could help me. I replied that I had placed a mobile order. I was instructed to pull up to the window. After a few more minutes I received my order of 1 famous bowl. I will include photos of what I was given…. instead of a few pieces of chicken, I was given one piece cut up and placed on top to look as though I had more.

I rarely write reviews, but when it comes to my body and what I put into it, it’s important to me. While I know I shouldn’t be eating KFC to begin with, an occasional treat is okay.
That said, this experience was completely unacceptable. I purchased wings and wedges and was about to sit down and eat with my husband when I noticed two wings stuck together. Something didn’t look right. When I separated them, the chicken was bloody.
I immediately felt nauseous and lost my appetite entirely. I couldn’t even think about eating the rest of the food. This is a serious health concern and extremely disturbing. I will never return to this location again.

Very dirty KFC. Booth we used looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for several people sitting there. I cleaned it. My boots stuck to the floor. The service her is certainly without a smile or any kind of personality. The fries were very greasy and but look warm.

KFC is always one of those places I go to when I’m craving something quick, warm, and familiar, and this visit landed right in the middle for me — not terrible, but not amazing either. The food itself tasted pretty good. The chicken had that classic KFC flavor and seasoning, and the pieces were cooked all the way through. The mashed potatoes and gravy were solid, and the biscuits were warm, even though they were a little on the dry side.
The main thing that brought the rating down for me was the overall consistency and service. It took a bit longer than usual to get our order, even though the dining room wasn’t very busy. When we finally got the food, a couple of items we asked for weren’t in the bag, so we had to go back up to the counter and have them fix it. The staff wasn’t rude at all, just seemed a little overwhelmed or distracted.
The restaurant itself could have been cleaner too. The tables weren’t wiped down and the trash cans were pretty full, which made the dining area feel less inviting.
Overall, the food hit the spot, but the service and cleanliness could be improved — solid 3 stars.

Chicken was very yummy even the biscuit was good.
You can tell it was freshly made right to the biscuit where it wasn’t sitting out for hours at time
Love the kiosk to do my order since I’m not holding up the line trying to decide…

When an order is placed on the application and you are told after you get to the window that they need more time to make the food it is unacceptable. Especially when it is during the quiet lunch time period before a snow storm hit. I walked into the building to get my husband’s order who needed to eat since he is s diabetic. His order was sitting on the counter the entire time that I was in the building after being told twice through the drive thru that they needed 5 more minutes.

For the second time in two weeks I placed an order to go and didn’t receive what I paid and asked for. This place employs a lot of young folks , which I applaud However, either they don’t know OR don’t care about what pieces of chicken people are ordering. There is a difference between a thigh and a breast… I HATE chicken thighs yet twice in the 2 weeks I have ordered two family meals with 12 and 16 pieces of chicken respectively with an added request of “ no thighs please…breasts , wings and legs only. I’ll pay extra if necessary “ only to get home and have 6 and 7 chicken thighs. This is absolutely an unacceptable inconvenience.

A couple of days ago I stopped here to grab some chicken after a 14 hour work day. I was great by the sweetest woman named Cashelle…(I hope I spelled that right) she really was a breath of fresh air. We talked a bit when I got ro the window and a wonderful young man named Brandon joined our conversation and we shared a moment of kindness and laughter. People always take time to post a bad review but never a good or kind word.
I was having a horrible day and I was flustered and kept changing my mind and was all over the place but they were both kind and patient with me. I needed that and sometimes a kind word could change someone’s whole day. So with all this being said GOOD ON YA KFC! Please cherish these two employees because without knowing, during thier own hard times they gave me a moment of hope that not all humans suck!

The drive thru experience with Ebony is wonderful. She is always a beacon of light thru the intercom and friendly and patient with my order. please give her a raise – she has been doing this for a few years now and is representing for KFC by being human centric and treating us customers like more than transaction.

Order placed at 1:16 pm as per receipt. Food was served at 1:36. Employees appear to have no motivation, or sense of urgency, equating to long customer wait times. The food was as expected. No form of management appeared to be present, leadership was at a minimum, which was evident by the looks of the counter tops behind the register. If you are looking for the quick in and out, don’t come here.
