This was one of my all time favorite places.
I love the food here, I come in very often and always have such great service.
However, that was not the case today. I’m shocked actually. The one star is regarding the terrible terrible service I just received. The associate got upset because I respectfully corrected her on my order.( that I asked for fried rice not white rice) She then proceeded to speak to me aggressively and served my plate aggressively. Just so rude and unnecessary. The final shock was when she just threw the sweet n sour sauces on the counter at my daughter. Needless to say the way she told us “ bye” with a hand gesture of a (get out of here.”) sadly, I will no longer be supporting this business.

I agree with the low reviews on this. I had the Combinet plate with chow mein and spicy chicken. The customer service is one of the worst ones I had. I was ready to leave a five star review and was going to come back again as well as let my friends know to drive out of the way to come here, however, that customer service at the end of my visit left a bad taste. My wife got a bowl and did not get a drink. Because she took one sip of my drink the attendant went out of her way to say that my drink was no longer refillable and began insulting us Where I just calmly let her know it’s not that serious and throw away the drink. Mind you we were the only two customers there.

The portions were pretty big and the price made me think it was 2005 again. I had the black pepper chicken, the coconut shrimp and some cream cheese wontons.
Overall a solid place for a quick bite of Asian food. Would recommend.

If I could give this place a zero stars I would. This was my first time trying this place, not a good experience. First of all, Lady behind the counter is rude and shouldn’t be doing that job. Secondly the food is not good. It’s mediocre at best. Moreno Valley has way better options as far as Chinese food take out to choose from. This place is not it.
They even charge you for the fortune cookie here. That tells you everything you need to know.

If you come here they are very rude. I asked for an extra plate napkins and another utensil and they wanted to charge me for them. They don’t give you fortune cookies unless they charge every place I’ve ever been to give you a cookie! Sorry won’t be brining my family back here anymore

Horrible customer service! I ordered a two meat plate and one of them was a special order. They ended up giving me two meats of the same item and charge me for the plate then charge separately for the special order. It would have been nice if they explained the special order cannot be part of the two maeat item in advance. A meal for just one person ended up costing me over $30. To top it off the food was not good at all. I wish I didn’t have to give them a star.

I ordered the honey walnut shrimp and they don’t seem to understand the difference between pecans and walnuts! It was well prepared but the flavor was not right. I’ll give them another chance because they’re close by and a local business but I’ll ask to make sure they have walnuts.
