I would like to bring to the attention of the store manager the service I received on February 15th at approximately 11:15 PM.
I arrived to pick up an order and waited patiently for several minutes. When I noticed it was not being handed to me, I asked about it. I was then informed that the order had already been prepared, but it was not being given to me because the young employee had misplaced the receipt that needed to be attached to the bag.
I asked another employee who was present (there were three employees working at the time: a young woman, an older woman, and a young man) about my order. The older woman responded in an aggressive tone and told me not to be impatient, that it could take hours for me to receive my order, and that if I did not want to wait, I could simply cancel it and leave.
I asked her why she was yelling at me and told her that she was not my mother. She then walked away and left my order at the pickup area.
After waiting an excessive amount of time, the young employee passed by and I politely asked, “Could you please give me my order? It is right there.” However, after witnessing how the other employee treated me, she also began to speak to me in an aggressive manner.
This interaction made me feel that I was being treated differently, possibly because I am Hispanic and they assumed I would not speak English or file a complaint.
I did not escalate the situation or respond disrespectfully, as I chose to remain calm. However, the behavior of your staff was unprofessional and disrespectful.
I strongly encourage you to review your security cameras to observe how customers are being treated. I also took photos of the bag that was given to me without the receipt attached

I don’t understand why, if the customer specifically asks for “little ice,” the staff does whatever they want! It’s frustrating, because we pay for them to give us what we want! They should focus more on the product and less on appearances!

The young workers were not doing their job correctly, I asked for a frozen coffee, and he said that they didn’t have it. When I told him how to make it, he had to do it. It felt like he did not want to bother to do it. My order was taken, but the service was not good, and there was no manager on the premises. All 3 workers were making orders and also had problems with another customer. In the meantime, other people were waiting on line not being helped.
The bathroom door doesn’t open from the outside, and the workers had to use a knife to open it. There is no lock from the inside. I am not happy at all from this visit. I’m not coming here again.

They always do good and all but… I ask for Loaded Harsh Brown I even said it!! And yet when I got my meals and saw only three regular harsh brown I told them I ask for One Loaded Harsh and they said I didn’t when I did and in the recipe it even said One Harsh Brown Two Regular Harsh Brown!!! And yet they said I didn’t so maybe next time try do better please
I’m updating this because!! Last time I came back to this Dunkin Donuts I order Eggs and Cheese and it literally say it on the paper and just letting you know I have swallowing issues and when I got home and was ready to eat I open my bag and croissant and saw there was bacon in it!!

Can I just say you guys are awesome. For the 1st time ordering online I was not let down! I asked for more chocolate sprinkled donuts in replacements of others in the dozen order. I was only expecting like 2 or 3 in total, and you guys gave me more than I hoped for. I was so happy! Whoever works there, just thank you!!!!
