I live in the neighborhood and appreciate having a local Hardee’s. I stop by periodically for breakfast on the way to work. All through COVID and after, the same lady worked the breakfast shift. Her service was great and the food was always fresh and hot. After she left, the service is OK but the food is never fresh and hot. I go and am disappointed and do not return for a few months, then I go again and the same. This morning I ordered tater rounds (I like to eat them on the way to work), they were room temperature, at best, when I got them and two cinnamon raisin biscuits to take to work. Heated over tater rounds are horrible, threw them away, and I only received 1 cinnamon biscuit. Please, management, stop by for breakfast sometime and see if you approve. I really want Cave Spring Hardee’s to stay open but it won’t if no one cares about the quality of the food.
I have to add a comment. I went back to Hardees on Thursday – there is a new manager and she is a breath of fresh air! She had such a positive attitude, a beautiful smile, and super friendly personality. My food came to me hot and fresh and it was wonderful.

the 2 men working the front were super nice happy employees. Very clean , it is Saturday, not busy in the lobby. I ate the “Maple Bacon super biscuit combo” and snack pack to go. Unfortunately the bacon was not thick or maple covered. I am all about quality control and not complaining, so I politely shared the problem and got a second helping to try and it was no better, hence the need to share all the more. Because I like to this neighborhood Hardee’s stay around. Very thankful and grateful to patronized a family run franchise since 1962 with an amazing restaurant His-story by The Father Yahweh, Jesus Christ and Holy Ghost at work giving back, paying it forward to so many(11,000 plus employees) special thanks to . Almost forgot THE HEART SHAPED BISCUIT , LOVED IT!!!

They are not to bad, their food is a hit or miss and their service is not really good. For example every time i go in there employees and managers are always talking, playing on their phone, or being rude. Managers should also be helping their employees, not making them do everything. I recommend their ham and cheese over anything. However, their biscuits & gravy i dont recommend alway very watery and never really hot.

Over the coarse of about 6 months I have come to Hardees on Brambleton about 4 times. Two of the times I ordered a breakfast Frisco sandwich and both times the toast was not toasted it was gross. I got a double cheeseburger meal which would have been better if they didn’t smother it in Mustard and just now got two biscuit and gravy which were both cold. How is your biscuits and gravy cold at 8:30 in the morning with a line in the drive thru ? Does your warmers not work? It really sucks to start your day off with a cold breakfast. Yall can do better. But I’m not worried about it because I won’t be back. Yall won’t be starting my day out crappy any more!

Employee at Drive Thru/front counter never acknowledged the fact that I stood at the counter for 3 minutes even though I spoke to her twice. I honestly don’t think that she knew that I was even in the building. She was either stoned, still not awake (6:30 AM), or she was just more involved in whatever was happening on her phone than the world around her. No, I’m not a Boomer. I’m not sure why management would allow employees to wear an ear bud in one ear and the drive thru headset on the other for safety reasons. I’ll probably come back to this store eventually, but it’s going to be a while.

Fries were fresh. The hot ham and cheese had no cheese and was cold as well as the burger. The burger was crunchy, and cold in the middle. Don’t expect much for 8 bucks but hot would be nice.

They screwed up my order the first go around (neither the burger or the fries were were even lukewarm, much less hot). Then when I got the correct order that good was cold too!! I won’t be coming back to this Hardee’s anytime soon.

The food quality is decent, but you have to wait forever to get your order. Especially if you go through the drive thru. Food service times and quality were much better when Jayy was still the manager… I have personally gone to the drive thru several times recently and left without ordering because it was taking so long…

Staff are unfriendly or just plan rude when you use the drive thru. Also food has been made wrong twice now, and was cold during my last visit. Would not recommend this location if you like Hardee’s or even want quick meal.
