Last week I ordered mozzarella sticks and an Italian grinder the good was cold and we had to wait an extra 25 minutes after waiting 45 minutes before arriving to pick up. The food was cold and completely wrong. Then today I order a steak and cheese they forgot the hots and I pretty much got a small for the price of a large. I ordered a large and the steak was only in the center not to the ends. What a rip off. They must be under new ownership because it was never this bad.

I’ve been ordering from Elm Street Pizza for years the other night I ordered spinach calzone and fried dough it took over an hour to get here it was cold the spinach calzone was good but this is what the fried dough looked like it was cold and it looked like he was eating it it didn’t even come wrapped in a bag or in the bag that keeps it warm he just handed it to me two separate containers. Disappointed but I will order pizza again the pizza is out of this world I recommend.

I am impressed. I couldn’t finish the fourth piece, which is unheard of especially when trying to do exactly that. The steak pizza was my favorite of the 4, and by far my new favorite pizza in all of New England. They treat the crust as a functional and subtle commodity, spreading the toppings richly and equally across the entire pie leaving just about a half of in inch of crust to keep it all contained when handling. Staff was helpful and engaging, pizzas were ordered through the website and they were hot and ready at the time scheduled. Try this restaurant if you haven’t already. Try the steak pizza of you haven’t done so as of yet. 5 stars of awesomeness awarded!!

the food is so good!! the counter girl is so nice and it’s a really calm and cute family friendly environment! i got the chicken bacon RANCH wrap and a broccoli alfredo pizza with a side of RANCH and it was delicious. and the service was so fast despite how busy it was, kudos to them! will be returning often!!

I have ordered from here a lot in the past and loved the pizza. Lately it seems like it’s just not as good. I used to love the BBQ chicken pizza and today I got it and it had sooo much BBQ sauce on it I literally wiped some off. It was also so droopy I had to eat it with a fork. The crust wasn’t as good as I remember. I don’t think it was worth the cost. I would have been better off getting a deal at dominos saving the money. I also got Hawaiian pizza and ordered online it says bacon and pineapple but we instead got ham and pineapple. Also was super droopy and crust wasn’t like it used to be. I used to love the crust here. It’s just not the same for some reason today. Unfortunately I probably won’t order here again because of this. I may wait a bit and give it one more shot because it used to be sooo good.

The manager here told me that they can’t add ranch to my order because I have to put it in the comment section of a DoorDash order… there isn’t a comment section on DoorDash… I order here very frequently and even recommended this place to friends and family and never have had an issue calling and asking for a side of ranch every single time and now I’m never ordering here because there is not a comment section on DoorDash and I wish I could just cancel my order now. I’ve never dealt with a more rude manager at any other place… Like you can’t just add a side of ranch? Never order here because they aren’t very friendly or helpful.

Most rudest manager I’ve ever dealt with, whoever hired her should get fired. All a girl wanted was a side of ranch… I had already placed the order and paid and she said “you have to write it in the comments” hello? Maybe make it an option to add Ranch. and what’s with the attitude too? Idk I’m never ordering here again and I usually got this place weekly almost and everytime I’d call and ask for a side of ranch and they did it no problem, what’s different now? Clearly they’re just mean people..They dont deserve the manager title. They could’ve been like “ok but next time you have to leave it in the comments” but instead they just told me no because I didn’t put it in the comments… even tho every previous time I’ve just called and they did it… Like I’m sorry if she was having a bad day but taking it out on a customer is just not right. You could’ve just put a side of ranch and gave me a good little tip that I could’ve put it in the comments. I didn’t even know there was a comment section. But, because of the managers tone and attitude over just a side of ranch.. I’m gonna tell all my friends and family to never go here again. I don’t think anyone should have to deal with a rude person over something so silly… like all I wanted was a side of ranch…
