I recently visited Raising Cane’s for the first time and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The place has a fantastic vibe that’s both lively and inviting, making it a great spot to hang out with friends. The interior is well-decorated, adding to the overall enjoyable atmosphere.
The chicken here is absolutely phenomenal! It’s crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and the flavor is just spot on. Everything from the Texas toast to the crinkle-cut fries complements the meal perfectly, making every bite enjoyable.
The service at Raising Cane’s was also exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience. They really go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome.
Overall, my visit to Raising Cane’s was fantastic. It’s the perfect place for a casual meet-up with friends or a quick, delicious meal. I loved every part of my visit and I’m definitely looking forward to going back!

Went to raising Cane‘s drive-through ordered 3 Caniacs freshly made, fries with no salt, lemonade no ice, when we receive the order. The fries still had salt on them and inside the bag the chicken was outside the box and the fries were too. So we get out of the car and went on the inside they remade one of the orders which made the second order food cold. The lemonade was not sweet at all, and it had ice. It seemed like when you go through the drive-through they just fix your food any kind of way but when you come inside, they make sure it’s fresh and good. Then when I try to go online and do the customer survey. The website was not accessible. And this is beyond me because this is in Grandville and everything over there is nice so why isn’t the service nice. I normally don’t like to complain yet when we’re spending 40+ dollars on food we expect 40+ dollars in service. Live too far to go back too hungry to save the food to take it back type of situation. 1 star for effort on fixing 1 order.

Raising Cane’s has perfected the chicken finger, earning a definite five stars for their single-minded focus on quality. They do one thing, and they do it better than anyone else!
Every visit is a consistent experience of hot, fresh, and incredibly juicy chicken. They don’t rely on a huge, confusing menu—they deliver flawless white-meat tenders every time.
Why It’s Five Stars:
Perfect Tenders: Always tender on the inside with a light, crispy, and non-greasy breading.
The Cane’s Sauce: This signature, tangy, and addictive sauce is the true game-changer and elevates the entire meal.
Freshness Commitment: The “Cooked to Order” approach means your food is piping hot, never sitting under a heat lamp.
Texas Toast: A thick, buttery, and garlic-toasted essential that perfectly complements the meal.
If you are craving simple, high-quality, and consistently delicious chicken tenders, Raising Cane’s is the undisputed champion.

This is one of the best Raising Cane’s restaurants I’ve been to, and I’ve visited multiple in Alabama, Massachusetts, and Ohio. The employees were super kind and enthusiastic, the place was very clean, and the food came out very fast and was presented in a very aesthetic way. Most places just throw the chicken into a bag or something. The bathrooms were even decent. Glad we stopped – I was introducing a friend who had never visited a chicken finger restaurant and he loved it. I got the Caniac Combo.

Horrible experience here. Usually they serve decent food but was served pieced together what I described to the manager as Frankenstein chicken tonite. The manager was very rude when dealing with the issue, treating me like the problem. I am a regular. I know what your chicken normally looks like. I wasn’t the problem, your Frankenstein-chicken was the problem. When your customer calls you on it, don’t condescend to them and just fix the issue maybe? ♂️

This was the only place open late. I love chicken fingers and heard they were really good. I had to check it out. The meat was moist, but I found them to be bland. The coleslaw was basic, Texas toast was also basic. The fries were too salty. The secret sauce was wonderful. Overall just a bit bland and salty.

Nice casual place. Chicken finger and fries are delicious. The dipping sauce is amazing too! I love the unsweetened ice tea.

If I’m paying the price I expect hot food, got a caniac and extra toast/sauce. Almost $20 for 1 combo, I coulda got 2 large pizzas but I chose canes, 2nd time I’ve went right before closing time at this location and the food is cold. For 1 combo almost $20 my food needs to be piping hot. My guess is they trying to clean early an
d shut down everything and the food sits. This was the last straw for me, if I’m goina splurge and spend that much it needs to be hot and fresh, absolutely ridiculous. Fries were almost raw, barely cooked and cold stale.
